Always excellent service, but that's just what I expect from fellow Michiganders :). The ID Maker printer decided to run through a brand new ribbon just after printing 6 badges. I called for help and they instructed me what went wrong. And mailed me a new ribbon which I received 24 hours later at no charge to me.

First of all, I haven't received the product as of yet to be doing a review so soon. It would be nice to know I like what I purchased. Secondly, I feel as if I settled for a product because the one I actually wanted was out of stock and when I spoke with someone they did not know when it would be in stock. I have used IDville in the past and was pleased with my purchase. I hope that I am this time, as well.
