United States | 25 March 2022When I called for tech support. The man who took my call wanted to look up my information by the serial number from our equipment. I was not near my equipment. I know you had a better way to look up customer's information. When I called another time, a lady was able to look up my information right away by name and company. The person who was handling my ticket, remoted into my computer and did something to it and realized he needed admin access. I was not able to print ID cards for a few days. I was not able to get a hold of the tech person. First time having a bad experience.

Only when it arrived it was a box of stationery, even though the the packing slip said Edge ribbon? I once again called and today two boxes of printer film arrived! Thank you Idville.

I was told that my account representative was off that day and that the PO was not in the system as received. I re-faxed the PO and nothing happened. Called in and another sales rep answered the phone. I explained him the situation and he gave me his email address and asked me to email the order to him. I did. Four days later I received the supplies. That is why I am given IDVille only a four star review. Thank you.

United States | 10 March 2022We purchased our ID Maker and received it quickly. After a few months it would no longer feed cards in the back or they would get stuck inside the machine. We cleaned the machine as we were instructed then after no resolve I was told they were sending a loaner while our machine was being fixed. We received the loan then sent our machine in the same box back to the company with the return label they provided. They now say they never received our machine and we owe them $3500.00 in order to keep the loaner. We even have security footage of the box being carried out the day the email was sent to say it was shipped. We are now taking our business to another company after trying to get this resolved well over 16 months.
