Not satisfied with the service. Have been charged twice more money once for shipping and handling and second time for the items then the quote itself. Nobody contacts you for your order status or emails you to confirm the order. Order placed months ago will not be taken care of if you don't follow up. It is exhausting to deal with this company as every time you call you speak with new person and have to start all over again from scratch explaining the situation or the ordeal you are going through with them. It is just purely unprofessional how they handle the business. Though Ms. Brenda Patterson seems to be the only person who is getting the hand on the situation and trying to help but the damage is done.
