United States | 04 March 2022Once I got ahold of someone the process was great... I Called in February realizing my order had not been received for an order that was faxed in December. After speacking with the lady she said that the order was not in the system, I told her that we had Faxed a PO to them in December. She also said that the Fax option is not the best as not everyone checks the fax and said that the email option was the best. Once we got everything squared away I received my product with in the week.

United States | 16 February 2022Sent printer as requested to support and took 2 weeks when I was told 3-5 business days. When I called to follow up on progress on Monday, first rep told me that all it says is pending and I would need to wait for a phone call. I never heard back so I reached out again on Wednesday and was told by that rep that my printer was never received and he had no idea. I then explained to him what happened on Monday and then rep states "o ok. Looks like they are waiting to ship it as the person in charge of printing the labels is on vacation for the week" Asked the rep why that was my problem and I have been waiting for almost a month because of this issue and no one knows how to print and ship a package over to me is ridiculous excuse. Rep stated that person would be there Monday and I would get same day delivery by end of day Monday. Monday came around and nothing was delivered. Printer was delivered end of business day Tuesday. Printer worked for a bit and then went off line again. I called to speak with support and again told no one available but in notes it states there was nothing wrong, they plugged it in it worked fine. I let rep know that nothing changed from the day it was delivered until now. Rep said maybe it was a usb cable that was not syncing to the system. Let him know that it is clearly reading the cable but getting an error message. If there was potential that the cable was the issue, why would they tell me not to ship cables if i may have a faulty wire. Rep said he would put in a ticket and i would receive a call immediately. It has been 3 days and still no follow through.

Delivery time was delayed this year for more than a month, so you should remember to order several weeks in advance of when you actually need the sleeves.

Long story short I finally received a tracking number on January 31 and still am not clear if everything we need shipped. I have not been able to print an ID for almost one whole month. It would really be nice to have things move quicker.
