We purchased a new machine from IDville, I was able to get it set up but my cards were printing extremely light. I contacted tech support and the driver for my printer had not installed correctly. We were able to get this fixed and I asked the tech to explain the different color/print options to me he did this without hesitation. My experience has been wonderful.
