Delighted with the service received from this company and the Tiles are lovely, just what I was wanting. Would definitely recomend this company to any of my friends.

Major problems from the start. First the website told me the payment had failed. I tried again and each time a payment failure. Then I get an email from dpd to say the order was on its way! On contacting them I'm told 2 orders were pushed through by staff and that they would cancel and refund the 2nd order. Our bank statement showed 4 payments were taken and despite being promised this would be resolved the same day we are still waiting on two refunds 4 days later. Delivery is also a joke. Just after the confirmation from dpd that it will be here next day,we get another message to say the parcel hadn't been passed to dpd. Next day we get a call to say the order wasn't coming but will be here next day. Again a dpd confirmation and next day a delay confirmation. On calling to ask when our goods will arrive we are told we will be called back by dispatch. This doesn't happen. On calling back I'm told the dispatch staff have gone home. Next day is exactly the same. I call again and manage to speak to dispatch and a very polite and helpful young guy who tells me the person I need to speak to is off this Fri. I gather the order hadn't been picked and that their is an issue with stock/colours. I'm promised it will go out and be with me Saturday as it was being processed now. Again no delivery on the Sat and no future confirmation emails. On the Monday I'm just about to call and cancel when dpd turn up with the order. Poor service all round & I wouldn't use them again.

Ordered on Friday delivered the following Tuesday, bit of a hiccup on number of tiles received but sorted out as soon as we notified the company. Very pleased with the tiles and the customer service. Would reccomend

The purchase was delivered promptly and I was kept informed about delivery progress. The Instalay is a fist class product and speeds up the floor laying.

Ordered my tiles a few days before your Valentine offer. I asked for a discount as we are a charity but not told to wait a couple of days when I could have ordered at a 20% discount. Is this how you keep customers.

Really helpful website even more helpful staff over the telephone could not have asked for a better service. Fast delivery and now tiles are down the room is just looking A1. Friends and relatives all had a little frown when we mentioned carpet tiles but now they have seen them they too are impressed. Will definitely use again in the future

No issues with ordering the product, had been advised it would be delivered on Friday. Delivery company advised that they hadn't received the shipment so unable to deliver on the Friday. Left message with Dispatch section and then called again on Saturday, not able to leave a message that time. On the up side DPD kept me informed of developments. I will be laying the carpet tiles once that room is clear of furniture as I'm currently decorating all through the bungalow. It looks a quality product so I'm hoping no further issues.

Carpet tiles were the quality expected being Huga with a good discount, prompt delivery in the time slot allocated. Very happy.

We have now purchased carpet tiles a few times from this company and we are impressed with their efficiency and helpfulness. Heuga tiles are the best and so its great to be able to find them on line so easily.

I sent off for a sample of the product and it arrived the next day, I was not quite sure of the colour so sent off for another sample this also arrived the next day, in between I got a call from the company asking if there was anything else they could do for me, We ordered the tiles once we had decided on the colour and they were delivered in about a week. I can only say that the Company were so efficient, speedy and courteous that I would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends, Great Price, Great Service and Great Product what more could you ask for, it made a real change dealing with such a nice Company who seems to care about the Customer instead of Profit.

Easy to order exactly the carpet tiles I wanted from an excellent website. My order was delivered very promptly. I was given the time they would be delivered within a one hour window. The delivery man was very helpful and polite.

Provided excellent service and quality product at a very good price. Also able to purchase tiles on a split box basis, normally most local suppliers only provide in boxes of 20 tiles, as I only required 21 tiles (1 extra to normal box) this saved extra cost in wasting money on 19 unwanted tiles.

I requested 4 samples of Heuga Bistro tiles which arrived within a couple of days. It made choosing the right colour so easy! I ordered the tiles for my kitchen floor and, again, they arrived promptly and have now been down for three days. We love them! I was particularly impressed at how easy and streamlined the whole process was. From first choosing the (free) samples to having my new kitchen floor was just over a week. I would recommend DCT to anyone.

Though DCT provide an excellent service, I was very disappointed. The charming young lady "Lisa" did all she could you for me regarding discount. She was aware that I was waiting to place an order when the discount of 20 or 10% was available. The discount was shown to be 10% but I had just returned from abroad. When I placed my order a couple of days after the discount was withdrawn. Lisa managed to give me 5% What I should have done was place the order for delivery when the discount was at 20%. I have only place two orders to date, but may look elsewhere before ordering again - which I will be doing!!

The "Le Bistro" carpet tiles were delivered very quickly about 2 days after purchase and I was kept informed of the date of the delivery by text and phone. The "interlay" underlay tiles had to be ordered in from Heuga, so they understandably took longer to be delivered, just over a week. I rang up to add extra items to the order the day after the initial purchase and that was no problem for them. The sales and dispatch staff were very helpful. I can recommend this company for reliability, quality and service.
