We have received the tiles and are they laid and look tremendous, somehow we missed the discount days when we ordered and Lo And Behold an email from your goodselves 2 days after telling the discount on offer. That's life I suppose, not a complaint just a comment.

Delivery company didn't collect the carpet tiles by mistake. I was kept well informed of the situation and an employee delivered the carpet tiles to site for me on a Saturday morning in his own time.

I had a problem with a previous flooring and I wanted good quality, hard wearing, colour-fast floor tiles. The advice team were excellent and the order was received very quickly

we use discount carpet tiles to re-fit our business centre offices as they need doing. the quality of the product is excellent, meeting our requirements in looks and longevity. the service from the sales team and quick efficient delivery of the product means we always hit our targets. i highly recommend the company and the products.

It's possible that I am one of those unlucky few but this has been a nightmare which is only exacerbated by various people not getting back to me. I received the wrong tiles, eventually got the correct tiles but not enough of them because their website does not show/state these tiles come in a box of 20 - 4 different stripe patterns ie 5 tiles of each. It has cost me £300 in contracting a floor tiler to be here only to be let down by the company each time. Still not resolved ... help !!

Delivery service was excellent and we were happy with the tiles and our choice of colour and quality. However on unpacking we realised 12 of the tiles received were damaged on the corners. I have been able to use some but not sure if I will able to use the rest other than for cutting. The packaging used was quite badly knocked about in transit presumably.
