I have been working with my coach Joe for several months now. He has helped me tremendously on understanding wholesaling and finding properties to invest in. He always assigns me homework to allow me to understand the ups and downs of this business. I take a lot of suggestions from Joe, as to how to handle realtors , doing due diligence, finding the right deals and knowing when to walk away. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Stephanie moates is got to be one of the best coaches you have out there. The first day I met her we had processed seven tax liens. Since then I have processed more than 21 tax liens and foreclosed on three separate properties. In addition, she has taught me how to place bids in an Upcoming auction. With my limited funding, she has been able to teach me how to maximize my bang for the buck. I will say this if you’re looking to get rich quick, this is not your program. It takes patience Perseverance and time to be successful. I truly look forward to working more with stephanie in the future if the opportunity is given to me. There are so many components to this process that only repetition will make you an expert. She is truly knowledgeable and an expert in this field.

Though we are still going through the process, as of now, the onboarding experience and weekly follow-ups have been great. Steve, our concierge from TLWB keeps us on our toes and pushes us to follow the process. He is very patient with us and answers our questions right there and then, or gets back to us, but is always there to help.
