Incredible couple days at the Immersion Event with Coaches Adam, Joe, Kenzy and Eric Lloyd. Had such a great 2 days learning everything about liens, deeds, funding, calculating ARV, using Property Edge Pro, Market Place Pro, how to navigate county sites, which websites to find data, and how to use the data to make decisions so we can go out and actually pull the trigger on deals. You get out what you put in and I jumped in! I was encouraged and walked through a conversation with an agent to go look at a property and make an offer and I'll be at that meeting this evening! Great company with a comprehensive, step by step roadmap to get moving in Real Estate Investing.

I have had a wonderful coaching experience reviewing Tax Liens with my 1:1 coach, Adam Giles. Our first session (July 12) covered the Blueprint profile and Tax lien basics. Both my husband & I attended. At the next session (July 25) I was able to purchase my first Florida Tax Lien Certificate! I was soooo excited! Before the purchase, I shared that I was frustrated that I couldn't figure out which steps I was missing; he expertly walked me through the entire due diligence process and helped me fill those missing gaps. At our last session (August 15), after weeks of classes, coaching, watching tutorial videos, and navigating the different websites, I confidently filed my first TDA on a vacant/residential property with Adam's guidance. I had purchased ALL seven (7) tax certificates for this one property a week or so prior. He was very patient with me and answered my many questions. He was also humble when he was not familiar with something I presented. He was able to learn along with me to find the answers. He even took screenshots to reference later. I can respect a coach who continually is open to learning. I appreciated him offering to do research on his own regarding my inquiries when we ran out of time on our sessions. Overall, Adam was very personable, had a good sense of humor, and super knowledgeable about Tax liens and Tax deeds. I highly recommend Adam to those starting this journey and interested in learning about how to do tax lien investing the the right way.
