On Wednesday, 10/16/24, I attended the TLWB Market Insider seminar hosted by Eric Lloyd, and joined by economics expert Ryan Jackson, along with TLWB coach Tracy Lawton. The presentation was outstanding. All three coaches were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, and presenting us with relevant and pertinent information. Eric has an amazing knowledge of real estate and how to approach and work through related issues. He gave a great presentation, which he directed towards our goals. Ryan gave an excellent presentation on how the economy effects the real estate market, and Tracy shared her rental renovation skills on a sample property. It was a great class, and we were lucky to have all three coaches on the call. They all helped us further understand and begin to learn more about the real estate investing and fix and flip processes. Thank you to everyone.
