Me and my family joined this program in hopes of learning ways to invest money. We were completely new to the real estate investments scene. We entered the 2 day immersion program and we were thrilled of all the knowledge given to us. Within these 2 days, Eric Lloyd taught us the process step by step to invest and grow our money. They also provided so many resources to assure success in the future. After joining the immersion 2 day course, we are absolutely thrilled and excited to begin investing!

Me and my sister had went to the 3 day course and ended up paying and coming to the the 2 day immersion with Eric Lloyd , It was honestly a great experience he showed us many things , tools and how to bit in auctions and i got over the fear of getting our first auction I can honestly keep going and say a lot of things about the 2 day immersion class but great experience and were so grateful to have a coach like Eric Lloyd especially because he didn't give up on any of us .

Went to the emergent and Couch Eric Lloyd, he was very helpful on making me and the group understand tax liens and deeds. We even got experience on how we can make a house into profit. I also enjoyed the group I come in with. We bounded around ideas and got different perspective

My fly out experience with Derek Hudson began in our pre fly out sessions. He prepared me one week at a time for our intensive 3 day fly out. Derek is very knowledgeable! However, knowledge isn't anything when it comes to being a great educator. Anyone can know all of the things... He is patient, kind and funny. He laughs (in a good way) when I am embarrassed and upset with myself for making a mistake. He keeps me from taking myself too seriously. He is encouraging, he reminds me that I'm learning and it's normal to not get it perfectly right away he helps me to stay focused and on track. He takes his job very seriously but he's not too serious. The 3 days I spent with Derek were VERY challenging! They were also VERY rewarding! I am SURE that they will also be very fruitful! Worth every penny, every minute of sleep, every challenge!

I had two coaching sessions with Angelo Pippis that ran through the steps required for successfully investing in Tax Liens, whether they were at Auction or Online. We looked at both Vacant Land and Single-Family Residences. Even though there’s many elements to consider when selecting a Tax Lien to purchase, Angelo was very knowledgeable about the process and took the time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Based on the information and coaching I received from Angelo, I’m in the process of building a list of Tax Liens to invest in during next months in-person Tax Lien Auction in my County.

I loved the support of my Coach Brennen. When I do not feel confident of this new learning. He brings me up and have faith in me so he taught me and I got a tax lien and in process to be in foreclosure. Today, I put 3 properties for bid on Tax Deed and show me step by step the way. I am moving forward; I am slow learner as a women, my primary language is Spanish. Brennen has been a big supporter to me; giving the confident that I need. I can DO IT!

my experience with TLWB, was how they treat you like family, before you become part of the team, and how they give themselves hold harderly to ensure you get the best training possible, and I have to mention Coach Joe Moennig for how he made my Coaching section very personal to me and was willing to help me understand, I thank TLWB for his Leadership!!
