I have been with vetsure nearly eight years by now and had one dog that was I’ll with an autoimmune disease and other complications as well(unfortunately he has passed beginning of the year) . Over the years there have been many claims and it always has been easy, all there staff I come into contact with have been nothing but lovely and helpful.the lady I talked to after he died was so compassionate and I received a condolence card (made me cry) . I still have two dogs and I know I don’t have to worry if it comes to claim for them.when something happens I can fully concentrate on my dogs and not about anything else.

My cat started losing weight rapidly yet was eating lots. After an overnight stay, xrays, scans, bloods, urine samples, they found nothing wrong. I put a claim form into the vets immediately as the cost was £1240. Vetsure handled my claim very quickly & updated me via email & my online account. My claim was settled quickly. The full amount minus the excess was in my bank account 10 days after taking my form to the vets. Excellent service.

I have insured three dogs now through vet sure. I recently did not renew two policies due to increase in premiums and I had a cheaper quote. I left my one remaining policy active. Believe me cheaper is not better, it’s false economy. The company I moved to initially would not pay the full amount my vet charged for the anaesthetic used in an emergency surgery as they said it was more than the average cost, my dog was a bull mastiff, larger than the average dog and the premium paid was greater than the average dog’s premium. Vet Sure, however, have always paid promptly and without question so they may not be the cheapest option but they are fair. On the few occasions I have needed to speak with them all the staff have been engaging and helpful. Three weeks ago I lost my precious douge de Bordeaux suddenly. Vet Sure again responded immediately to my claim and paid what I was owed within days. Not only that but on arrival home from work today I received a beautiful card of condolence hand written and signed by all of the staff, enclosed was a small pack of forget me not seeds to plant in my Mia’s memory. I find this a sensitive and lovely gesture. I would not hesitate to recommend Vet Sure and nor would I think twice about insuring future pets with them either.

I started looking for my paperwork to put in a claim for my poorly dog Ariel. While im thinking i dont even remember seeing any paperwork let alone filing it so I searched Vetsure in my emails and Lo! my vet has found the relevant information submitted a claim and earlier today Vetsure emailed me looking for confirmation of details. Whatever next steps are it was so nice not to have to agonise over lost or never received documentation! Well done vets and Vetsure!

My telephone contacts were dealt with well and helpfully - my dog had treatment with our own vet and was then referred for specialist surgery at another vets. I just needed clarity on how to claim with the referral which was simple and straightforward. The claim has been dealt with swiftly which gives us peace of mind.

A very honest and empathetic company. My cat sadly died at 30 months, all the staff I dealt with very compassionate and efficient, even receiving a condolence card. Claim paid without any fuss making a sad and traumatic experience easier. Having dealt with many other pet insurance companies would never use anyone other than Vetsure.

Helpful staff on the telephone. Outcome of the claim agreed with a few days. The Vet Surgery was able to complete most of the claim form. The second claim form was difficult for me to open to be able to add the required information, so this is still outstanding.

Direct claims via the vet is so easy & straightforward. Quick processing with electronic signature meaning the money is in my account very quickly.

Generally a very positive experience. Quick response in processing the claim, 1st payment to vets made day after the first treatment, & final payment made well in advance of the last appointment. Good e mail contact with us by Vetsure to clarify a couple of points. Only issue I had was being unable to find/access what i was told is called "My Portal " on website in order to track claim. Asked 3x for clarification via Webchat, but not given a clear answer. Does it exist ? Would have been a 5* rating otherwise. Thanks for an otherwise speedy, efficient service.

Very little repayment consorted to payments over life of policy - excesses and copayments I will leave these dogs with you for the remainder of their lives (they are elderly now) but I will never use your insurance company for future pets.
