We recently got our dog in to UK from Romania, and we delayed setting up insurance until about 6 months later and we did it only because my friend insisted. Well we made the best decision as only 1 month later our dog had ACL injury on left knee and the second one followed so shortly that we had to do double TPLO surgery. So about 2 months after we set up the insurance we were facing huge vet bills and would not have done the surgery and saved our dogs life if it wasn’t for Vetsure and all their support in getting the preauthorization for surgery as soon as possible based of course on the medical history from Romania. I was expecting to have problems and delays with the fact that the vet would send the history in Romanian, but we where so impressed on how fast everything got sorted for us so we could do the much needed surgery asap. You have saved my baby’s life and for that I will be forever grateful! Truly animal loving souls! We are now 3 weeks after the surgery and my beautiful husky is recovering so well❤ Thank you for all your help is such stressful times!

Had a problem with my account in the past and no good will gesture. Just suggested that I either pay in full the amount own that have gone in ten direct debit (this was acknowledged as not my fault) or cancel and restart the policy but with my bet having continued illness this wouldn't have been the best idea. We thanked for my understanding and the lady even said that most costumers would have been less understanding but still no good will gesture.
