I love Vetsure! All of the staff are so helpful and I love the fact that the Vets claim directly from Vetsure which negates the need to complete complicated claim forms 😊

I would highly recommend Vetsure pet insurance. My dog has been poorly recently and vetsure were very quick in paying me the money back that it had cost me at the vets . I dont know what I would of done without the help that vetsure have given me .

Very quick to settle my claim and put the money back into my account.... having a poorly pup is always a stressful time, but not having to worry about the vet costs made it a little bit easier and left me able to concentrate on getting my dog back to being his usual self again .

The two times I called for some information the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. I also had to chase my vets to see if they had sent the claim form to yourselves so I am therefore aware of how quickly you processed my claim once you received it.
