Has been 2 weeks since I returned and still no refund. I'll have to contact my back to claim my money back that way. Awful customer service.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2022I have purchased both the crown ring and feather ring from Sergedenimes. They are very high quality, heavy and long -lasting pieces. They’ve accidentally dropped at times and there has been no damage. It’s also easy to slip on and off with no real issues. The band on both ring’s is thick and solid so there are no issues that the ring may break or be damaged when doing manual work. However, I wouldn't advice wearing more then one or two on each hand as it may be uncomfortable. The feather ring is supposedly adjustable but this is only when it’s purchased brand new and over time it become close to impossible to change it’s size. One issue I have noted with both rings is it can be in uncomfortable wearing for more then a whole day. My finger starts to ache a little bit and this could be because of the weight.

I did have to chase up about it a few times, but it was understandable during the busy Christmas period. I would have liked it if there was a signed for or priority option for shipping, considering the price of the goods.
