Purchased some items, unfortunately either didnt fit or i didnt like how they looked when i saw them. So i returned the items 4 weeks ago, sent an e-mail 2 weeks ago and no one has contacted me nor did i receive my money back. Shady stuff going on here

I ordered a necklace and when it came it looked cheap not like the photo so I sent it back two days after receiving and still two weeks later waiting for a refund

They never reply to your messages. Offer free return but no one reply back to provide de postage label. Had to return my order of £156 and paid for the return myself. Has been 2 weeks since I returned and still no refund. I'll have to contact my back to claim my money back that way. Awful customer service.

I have purchased both the crown ring and feather ring from Sergedenimes. They are very high quality, heavy and long -lasting pieces. They’ve accidentally dropped at times and there has been no damage. It’s also easy to slip on and off with no real issues. The band on both ring’s is thick and solid so there are no issues that the ring may break or be damaged when doing manual work. However, I wouldn't advice wearing more then one or two on each hand as it may be uncomfortable. The feather ring is supposedly adjustable but this is only when it’s purchased brand new and over time it become close to impossible to change it’s size. One issue I have noted with both rings is it can be in uncomfortable wearing for more then a whole day. My finger starts to ache a little bit and this could be because of the weight.

Did not receive a $120 item in my order and it’s been over a week since I’ve tried reaching out to customer service with no response. They have no number to call, only an email address that I don’t know is ever looked at.

After almost 3 weeks, I still haven't received my order neither was I informed that there is a delay on it. Therefore, I have no clue whether my order is still on the way, lost, or whatever. The products are way too expensive for such a horrible customer service

My package arrived safely, but it was quite hard to keep track the my package.

The ring came in time and the delivery man was lovely but I’m still waiting on my other ring and hopefully it won’t have any default like the one I currently have. It’s overall a rather bad exchange so far.

Sadly my original order was lost in the post by royal mail. After a couple of months, Serge kindly sent out a new ring. It was worth the wait, the ring is excellent. I did have to chase up about it a few times, but it was understandable during the busy Christmas period. I would have liked it if there was a signed for or priority option for shipping, considering the price of the goods.

This is the second time I have ordered from Serge DeNimes and I have been very happy with both the quality of product and the high level of customer service.

Best rings out there. Delivery and quality have always been exceptional. Designs are unmatched and price is good compared to competition.
