I had a little problem with the ring I bought last Friday. Monday it arrived, but I immediately saw that there are some strange dots on the ring. It is definitely not because of shipment, because it’s under the coating layer. Both on the inside and the outside. Also the sterling 925 is not carved in it very well as you can see on the picture. I do like the ring very much, but I find this a little sad. Unfortunately it’s not possible for me to return it, as I just left London and will not be back soon. When I asked what can be done about it, SergeDenimes only answered that I can return it if I want, which is not possible as I said.

I returned my item due to it not suiting but the customer service was excellent throughout and my refund was processed at speed.

Ring was true to pic - beautiful design. This was bought as a gift and the recipient loved it. They now want to buy the matching necklace. Delivered on time and packaged well.

Disappointed to say the least. Wasn't expecting a sterling silver ring at a fairly high price to turn my fingers green.

The necklace itself is really nice but was not hallmarked? It also came in a pouch, I thought with the price of the necklace a small box to store properly would have been provided. So I was quite disappointed with the purchase.

Having an awful experience with this company. Bought a ring. The stone fell out. Asked for a replacement which they agreed. Insisted I return the damaged ring, which I did. Despite assurances the replacement would be a new ring, when it eventually arrived, it was clearly not new. Covered in scratches and fingerprints and even something that looked like glue residue. Am convinced they just glued in a replacement stone and sent me back the original. Connected them again, assured me would again send a new one. Again insisted I return what had been sent first. It’s now been a week since they received that back and nothing has been sent to me. It’s 3 weeks since I originally contacted them this should be a simple and straightforward exchange of a faulty item. Instead they are being deceitful, duplicitous and utterly lacking in providing a good customer experience. I’ve bought several items from them previously but never will again. Way to go driving off loyal customers. So disappointing.

Always a pleasure ordering from Serge DeNimes. The products arrive quickly and nicely packaged. I greatly appreciate the ability to pay customs & duties upfront as I am ordering from inside of the EU, thus making it faster through customs. As for the products themselves I again have no complaints. Their rings are really well built and come in plenty of different designs and styles which suit a wide variety of outfits. I am especially in love with their earlier work and own quite a lot of their rings from different drops and I’m very pleased with how they still hold up after months of wear.
