They charged extra to get it shipped and delivered in time for Christmas and then it did not arrive until after Christmas. I reached out to them to get the difference refunded and they will not respond! ** UPDATE They did finally respond and refunded the shipping. Thank you!

I ordered a ring on Christmas day and took a while to arrive due to the bank holidays. The staff were more than happy to repay my delivery fee and were very polite and responsive during my enquiries.

Sadly, the product came damaged. The stud is half broken from the shaft and it’s only a matter of time before it comes off completely - which is a shame because I really like the look of it!

I purchased a very nice item of jewellery for one of my children and it arrived soon after. I have no complaints about the quality of the item or the service from the supplier.

I placed an order last Thursday (Royal Mail 48 hours). Tracking number was provided last Friday saying it was on the way. It was not delivered and I have not had any response to any of my emails or messages. I completely understand issues with delivery and being busy due to covid and the Christmas period. But my order was a birthday and Christmas present that will not arrive in time and I am still waiting for a response.
