It was fast and no issues

I've bought two bracelets from them and one of them they replaced since one of the rings on the link broke within a year but the other silver bangle cracked and a piece broke off after 1.3 years and their return policy is only good up until 1 year. The quality of their craft is NOT GOOD, buy at your own risk.

You are not responding to my email when there is a fault with your systems and I would like to exchange/return an item.

Despite the bad ratings online that did slightly unease me when returning a necklace that I’d myself lost the pendant to, I had the pleasure of dealing with someone named Jourdan over email. He gave a full refund for the necklace via a gift card that had an additional £7 added to it along as I used in store… As for the quality of the products they’re great! I’ve also got another necklace and bracelet from them and they even catch my eye occasionally when light shines off them.

Buy a couple of Serge pieces every couple of years and the quality vs price point is unassailable. Best stuff on the market

Low to zero communication. Order placed on January 25th. 2 weeks and still no clue where my order is. Tracking is lost and the carrier told me to check with the sender which I did and I provided everything I had. 6 days without a single response. This was supposed to be a birthday gift.

Taxes and delivery expensive to Germany. Delivery very fast. Product nice. Exchange and return not easy, but nice support on help desk. Still on its way.

Great products horrendous customer service

I was able to order a ring from the site only to be told it was actually out of stock and I had to wait for them to restock it. Almost one and a half month later my order was shipped. When the package arrived I got the wrong item.

The earrings I bought looked nice and feel solid and well made they were smaller then I expected i wish that the product photos included a close up on a model some of the model shots are at a distance and the website sometimes makes it hard to zoom. I am happy with my purchase and plan to buy from them again.

Great product and service but quite annoying that a week after I bought the necklace in mid Jan, there was a 30% discount.
