Ireland | 12 July 2024Low quality even for the price. Have had two separate orders arrive in the post with dents or scratches on rings. Items I have kept have tarnished. They refuse to refund for damaged goods if bought in sale so recommend to avoid.

Contacted customer support for a replacement they have tried telling me this order is over a year old!! Shocking. Waiting for resolution. Update now serge denimes has finally replied months later. I wasn't sent a replacement. You sent out the wrong replacement which still hasn't been corrected and the overall experience has left me never wanting to shop with you as a company again as your customer services is awful and not worth the hassle of months of back and forth with no proper resolution

I had trouble liking the particular stone I got in a piece of jewellery, and they couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Their email replies were quick and friendly, and went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had (me being a nuisance). They were able to help me exchange my item when I couldn’t figure it out, and they also ensured I would be pleased with the product by ensuring the jewellery was what I was looking for. 5/5 recommendation for customer service (and their jewellery is great too). I will be back for more based on that good experience alone.

United Kingdom | 02 May 2024Although the products seem okay so far, there is awful customer response time, as well as the fact that there is misleading information on the website regarding their returns policy on products. Sizing measures are also way off, with no standard ring sizing - this lead to multiple ordering of rings to find the right size, only to discover I could not get a refund and only entitled to store credit. I would avoid at all costs!

United Kingdom | 29 April 2024Communication so far not great. I returned a ring almost 2 weeks ago - this time last week I sent an email asking whether the return was received. I got an email saying it had been and the replacement would be sent last Wednesday. On Weds I asked if I’d get a tracking number or an update & it’s been radio silence since, I’ve reached out over email (absolutely fine with a wait, just want to know what’s happening!) but nobody’s responded. Shame as product seems lovely! Just want to be kept in the loop.

United Kingdom | 18 April 2024Refused to give a refund on a sale item as they say it is clearly stated on the website, which is not very clear at all, very small print and it does not specify what sort of credit they offer. If that wasn’t enough, on the return portal it does give you the option of choosing a refund for less money, even tho the item is on sale.

They blamed my sister for "physically laborious tasks" and referred us to the care guide. She works in an office and is careful with all her jewellery. She's got rings she's worn for years that still look pristine. Stay away from this brand - it's overpriced tat.
