I have bought many things from serge DeNimes and I am very happy with all products but one I bought a silver bangle and it has cracked however this was probably cause by me trying to get it on so it’s nothing bad on serges behalf but I can’t fault them they have fast delivery and great quality products would definitely buy from here again

Great product, disappointing Customer Experience. Order a product and arrived quickly. Quality impressed. Too small (even by checking size guide). Exchange/Returns very easy w QR code in package, requested an exchange.... ...now has been more than a week since it was they received the item at SD and no confirmation or email to say exchange in progress. Emailed and no response. Have emailed again yesterday.... still waiting for response. Disappointing when CRM could be more efficient.
