3rd class service (Not Recommended) I have purchased a car from Spinny on 30th August 23, After every week car has new problems like : 1. AC Not working 2. Hard Steering Movement/Jam in Running Condition (Safety issue) 3. Gear Shifting Hard /Jam ( Paid from my Own pocket for 1500 Car towing & 1500 Rs to Local maintenance person rectifying the issue) 4. Battery Wire burnt in running condition (Paid from my Own pocket for 2000 Car towing & 1000 Rs to Local Maintenance person for changing wire on Vishwakarma day) List doesn't ends here , Even after all these issues Spinny never returned back or addressed the issues. Even after Multiple Mails , Calls Car RC with CNG endorsement not shared also the application Number not shared till date. They closed all the tickets without resolving all the issues raised by the customer and without talking to the customer. Such a poor response & service from Spinny. More than 150 days have passed but after several phone calls / follow-ups / tickets, I'm not getting any update from your side regarding my RC update for fuel type (Petrol+CNG). Every customer care representative is telling lies that we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. but no one reverted / updated the status. I've been chasing for the last 5 months & now I'm totally frustrated. If I'm getting any accident then who will be responsible for the same because I will be not eligible for any insurance claim. you're requested to kindly respond to your customer who paid money to buy a car from you & chasing a reported concern for the last 5 months.

Hi All, Recently i went to purchase Vw polo GT TSI, everything was find untill i told them i will i told them that i will take the car to vw service center just to inspect aftet that they kept on lying sir car has went for some service and fitment. Eventually thanks to one of my friend i found out that the car is accidental and it's not like one or two , three time yes three time. My concern is why these people lie they play very smart guys. Please beware of this fraud company better to bike a new car instead of going for old one. They will lie anything to sell the car and they won't show all past history of car and if the find that the customer is trying smart way to buy the car they will give knowledge and hide. There center people don't have proper knowledge on car or their own company policy. I went through alot of mental stress because this and i wasted my extra money just to purchase the car. Guys beware one of my friend too bought and regret. Also they don't reply boss.

Wanted to sell my alto. Called them, they came promptly and evaluated the car.. then they gave me a quote of 2.03 lakh. Seemed like a fair price. They also said since it's the end of the year, better take this price or else by 2024 the car will be a year older and the price will drop by 10k. So yeah, agreed for it.. sent them all the documents and formalities. Just before they came to pick the car, their representative called and said Oops, sorry, ur car is actually an older variant so we can only offer u 1.84.. I was like but ur evaluator came and checked everything na? They said yeah it's our mistake only, but we can't help, it's 1.84.. last moment they are trying to reduce the price cos they know it's the year end and I don't have time to call another evaluator.. playing dirty games these cunning spinny people.. I cancelled the deal.

Horrible experience with Spinny and would never recommend anyone to sell via them. They themselves change the price range of the same car on their site to a higher range, but don't offer a similar range for the cars they evaluate. Not only this but they sell the same or worse condition car for about 3 lakhs more than what they offer you. Their rates are even lower than Cars24 when they say they offer 10-15% more than market rates. What a complete joke!

I never seen this type of poor response from spinny... Please dont buy or sell using spinny...

I got a quotation of 6.02 lakh for my polo car with tentive timeline of 16th December. I submitted all documents and also cleared the pending loan of 1.17 lakh in order to expedite process.18th December was scheduled to pick up the car. Just half an hour before one of his sales executive called me and told we can't give you 6.02 l and offer revised price of 5.5 l which is super fraud. The guy which was in touch with me stopped responding.His name is Pravin Yadav. Beware of spinny guys. They let other spins.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. LOOKS LIKE A FRAUD COMPANY Three days ago they did extensive inspection of my car which I wanted to sell. Next I got a ridiculously low offer. After I declined, they came up with a reasonable offer which I accepted. I sent them the required documents also. It's now more than 48 hours. No further response from them. I tried calling to the person who was talking to me, is not picking up the phone. Also not responding to my WhatsApp messages. I tried calling on the Spinny number mentioned in their WhatsApp message, it is simply not connecting. In all probability Spinny is a fraud company.

Don't ever buy a car from them, they will just stall you and you would never receive Registration Certificate from them, I have called them, wrote email but no response. It been 6 month and I don't have papers for my car. Terrible experience. Fraud

Today I'm back to my previously mentioned difficulty(AC, Head light, gear shifting hard,). They found a genun issue, but they said because the warranty has expired, you must pay for it. I've been following this for the past three months, that time they've said there's no problem. I contacted them today about the difficult gear shifting, and they informed me that we will teach the customer how to drive. and how to drive problematic car.I was quite nervous about purchasing a car from Spinny. Do not purchase an automobile from Spinny.

What went wrong? EVERYTHING! They call and schedule, and then the scheduled time automatically gets changed without informing the customer. They call again, giving the excuse that it was a technical error, and schedule it again. This time, no one turned up for the evaluation. Again, they call, saying the technician couldn't make it. This time I tell them that their service is not required and then I get a SMS saying, the vehicle is does not meet their procurement criteria and hence they cannot purchase it! REALLY?! EVEN WITHOUT CHECKING?!

Spinny-ing the wrong way. Absolutely unprofessional! They promised a test drive of a high-end BS VI diesel SUV 2021 model at my preferred location. I came all the way with a fractured hand along with my driver to check the car. Firstly, they said all diesel cars are banned and so they can’t come. After sometime, they said the car can’t come beyond a certain km. (home test drive is mentioned in their website!). Then they didn’t bother to inform me that they have cancelled the test drive altogether! Instead of spending huge amount to endorse Mr. Tendulkar, they should focus on improving customer services, else they would be wiped out by the competitors.

Tried to sell my car through Spinny but turned out to be a horrible experience as they just wasted my time, effort & resources and did an extensive check on my car which was in almost brand new condition as it had not run much but the price offered by Spinny was probably the worst offer possible as it was way far lower than market price. Finally sold my car through a local dealer for a better price without the headaches of extensive & unwarranted inspection. Extremely deplorable customer service in a single sentence...

Liars and fraudsters. Will do anything to get you to pay them and then will absolutely ghost you. Do not trust them and if you really want to buy a car from them get everything in written and signed.

I had selected a kia sonet and wanted to get my current car evaluated for exchange. They took 7 days and gave a ridiculous price that delayed the buying process for me. The problem starts after buying the car. The backend support and after sales support is what you expect to be seamless. They say no hidden cost and complete process of transfer will be taken care by spinny. This is FALSE. They started RC transfer application after 60 days of purchase and kept making excuses. Apparently they dont support in insurance transfer. The RC receipt was in the name of seller whereas insurance company whom i had to contact requested the name of buyer should have been in the receipt. The RC transfer isn’t done yet and insurance cannot be transferred. it has been a mental harrasment following up with them.

sold my car to spinny but every now and thenam getting calls from service centers that your car came for service and for other details. No RC detail shared with me who purchased the car and they have shadow policy. And not replying to queries. Over all 3 out of 5 ratings.
