I feel compelled to share my horrific experience and ensure that no one else falls victim to such deceitful practices. From the moment I bought this car, I have been plagued with numerous problems that have left me exasperated. Despite your company's assurance of a guarantee of 10,000 kilometers, the car has only been driven 6500 kilometers. It begs the question: what happened during those almost 4,000 kilometers? Why did the car begin displaying issues? Dishearteningly, my attempts to find a resolution through your customer care team have proven futile. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions, each time hoping for a positive response, but regrettably, they have failed to address my concerns adequately. It is truly disheartening to think that all my hard-earned money has been wasted. This entire ordeal has taken a severe toll on my mental health. As moments of frustration and despair consume me, I find myself contemplating the unthinkable: suicide. I never anticipated that such a transaction could have such devastating consequences. This level of distress cannot be understated, and it is crucial that you comprehend the gravity of your company's actions. To combat this blatant fraudulence, I am left with no other option but to pursue legal action against your company. It is my duty to ensure that no other individual experiences the despair I am currently enduring. No buyer should fall victim to your deceptive practices, and I will strive to rectify this situation to the best of my abilities. I implore you to take this matter seriously and initiate the necessary steps to resolve it. However, I must stress that I have lost all faith in your company's ability to deliver on its promises. This distressing encounter has severely tarnished your reputation in my eyes, and I will be vocal in warning my friends, family, and even strangers against ever considering purchasing a car from Truebil (Spinny). In a world where trust and honesty are seen as pillars of success, it is disheartening to face such a shattering experience. I had hoped for an effortless and delightful second-hand car purchase, but instead, I have found myself entangled in a web of deceit and subpar service. Truebil, you have failed me and countless others with your deceitful actions. India | 17 September 2023Bought a Ford Ecosport Trend 2015 from Spinny Bangalore, paid 5.72 Lakhs. The car did 55,000 Kilometers. We bought it in the month of May 2022. The car was displayed and sold to us as accident free. The car does not have any airbags, obviously the air bags were deployed after a crash. Spinny team replaced the dashboard and sold us the car as accident free. These guys are not even bothered that the RTO law mandates atleast 2 minimum airbags in a car. Spinny is a crook, be careful and own your car carefully. They are least bothered about safety of vehicles. No value for money.

So I have got in touch with Spinny for my almost brand new 2018/19 jan model Ciaz C Manual petrol transmission top model car for sale. I am the first owner Now just imagine the fraud this company is that they are offering me 3.88 lakhs for a 3 year old car. Guy be aware don't trust these thieves. My car got value from market 610000/-

Spinny executives called me promising that they’ll buy my car at an attractive price despite me telling them that I don’t want to sell it to them. Still they sent a mechanic to check my car and then mentioned half that price for buying my car.. sheer waste of time even though when I had asked them that I don’t want to sell my car to them.. pls refrain from using any services of Spinny as they are only interested in completing their targets and not in customer satisfaction.

India | 04 August 2023Their quotes are below the market rate by at least 30 to 40%. This thing about 1st owner 2nd owner etc are just negotiating tools. Its Kilometer driven that is important. I could be a single owner and given the car to my 100 staff to drive. Just waste of time, they even beg you to sell at the low price. The same car is listed for sale at twice the price they have quoted!

India | 18 July 2023Never sell your vehicle via spinny, they are a team of unprofessional team, not trust worthy at all, i had got my car inspection done on 16 July morning at 9 am, post which i had received a call from their team saying that they will share the best price of the car by evening on the same day itself, however no call received form their end, next day they communicated that they will share the final quote by evening post 4 pm bidding, however again no response from their end, late evening i get call from them saying that the final quote will be shared by tomorrow morning 18 July, but now more than 48 hours had passed but i have not got an update on my car's price, after giving them my precious time of 2 hours on 16 morning. In addition to that the cost of the used cars are also very high as compared to the current market rates, hence i request everyone not to through Spinny. Very bad experience & unhappy consumer.....

India | 19 June 2023I purchased Altroz xz on Nov 2022 in 7.26Lac which is very high for old car, as per the salesman at Prakhar at Vivanta the car was like new, but after purchase I was always struggling with Car issues, whenever I called customer care they told me that our technical team will call you or they will reach at your home, but never received any call. First time I went out side the city but there were many issues I faced like Car got Stop at red light and got time to start, average on highway was 10-13, AC was not working properly, gear is tight. Though I have already raised complaint but still not get any resolution. I request you to not purchase car from Spinny. Don't waste your hard earned money on Spinny

I am the first owner and the on road price is 15 lakhs and ex showroom is 13.25 lakhs. Now just imagine the fraud this company is that they are offering me 8.43 lakhs for a 10 month old car. Guy be aware don't trust these thieves.

India | 06 May 2023I brought car from spinny on 21st April 23,after driving less than 100 km on 30th April car lost the pickup so I contacted the hub manager, he told me to connect with customer car (after delivery he will never entertain you ) so I called them and registered compliant, person from inspection team came and inspected the vehicle and told the vehicle need to be scan and wiring and engine to be check, in the evening other person came and took the car to spinny hub (As informed to me ),after 5 days follow-up no reply, when I called them each time they direct to other team no one is given any clear answer and not sharing car location with me, I sent mail but still no improvement, now I decided to go to consumer court. Please don't trust them, 200 check points, hand-picked cars all are false statements. Please don’t waste your money. Never trust them.

When ever I reach out to them they always say you have to leave the car in workshop,which i did and the problem is not resolved yet. I have been waiting to replace my window and door close panel from last one month and they have been saying that the part is not available. I am surprised how couldn’t they find the single part in whole NCR. I will not refer to anyone. Please do not purchase with them.

I bought a car from spinny Vega Mall Bangalore.its been almost 4 months they have not yet initiated RC transfer, when I call to customer care they are telling rc is transferred, but when I track the status in vahan the process is not started. Vega Mall spinny hub team is not responding when I asked the same question to them, and they are telling once car is sold-out we are not responsible for other process, spring Vega hub manager sunil dev is not even picking my call, such a worst experience in had with spinny. The actual thing is they haven't collected any original RC copy and signature from seller when spinny buy the car from the owner, now RTO is not accepting to initiate RC transfer without owner to come and sign. I would recommend don't buy any car from spinny, at the time of buying the car spinny team will tell we will take care of everything, but they will never do.

India | 08 April 2023Hi, I bought my ford ecosport ti-vct 2016 last November from spinny. The car has turned out to be an absolute nightmare as the car is nothing short of death trap. After a month of purchase I noticed some gas leakage in the cabin. It immediately disorients and starts suffocating the driver. You just have to turn off the engine and get out of the car asap. It's been an absolutely horrific experience as I believe the deadly gas which has no odour or colour to be carbon monoxide. Have complained to spinny but they do not have a resolution to this. The car is not road worthy is to say the least. No acknowledgement of the horrors that my family has been exposed, even worse is how lightly the entire episode has been dealt by their customer services team. Have asked them to take back the car and return my money but so far there is no response from them as expected.
