I will sum it up here who don’t have time to read the below-detailed information, DO NOT TRUST SPINNY HYDERABAD big fraudsters/scammers/cheaters, the associate named MALLIKARJUN and his assistant manager RAVI TEJA horrible experience with them irresponsible with the customers. I trusted them and left my vehicle in the workshop for close to a month and they return with the damaged car (Don’t believe them). They also overcharged us because we asked for the proof of the parts got replaced which I didn’t receive yet its been a week now. I need @spinny to answer me. #STOPYOURFAKEPROMISES #STOPCHEATINGCUSTOMERSSPINNY Hi everyone I am here to share my experience with the Spinny organization where we bought a car two months back. I request you please read my whole experience and decide for yourself to buy or pass. Honestly, with their advertisements, I thought it was a good organization where we can go forward and trust them but I was wrong. I will explain all the good and horrible bad experiences I experienced till now. It was the first week of February 2022, when they handed over our vehicle which we bought and this happens, I went to take the delivery of the vehicle and it took more than 3 hours wait time. After so long wait they handed over the car to me, when I started to leave fuel was done(empty tank), and they provided me with a fuel coupon. An extra coupon was given to me at the request of an associate named Ajay, I would like to thank him, and the person who approved it appreciate it a lot. The problems starts after the services of the Spinny, My insurance address has some corrections informed to my associate and Spinny customer care till now no response horrible customer service very disappointed. After a month I had issues with car AC, (please I request not to leave your car in the workshop with an associate named MALLIKARJUN and his assistant manager RAVI TEJA literally disappointed a lot with them, no proper response and irresponsible with the customers, big scammers, stole our money by manipulating us) they kept my car for close to a month and literally they stole money from us, we had our second option with our mechanic and he informed us that they charged more than double. This is how Spinny is treating the customers after services and customer service is horrible no one responds. Spinny please stop your misguiding/misleading advertisements to attract customers. Highly do not recommend going with them. I need Spinny to answer me. #DONOTTRUSTSPINNYHYDERABAD PS: Spinny Customers Hyderabad please don’t go to EXPERT AUTO MULTI BARND WORKSHOP, Madhapur, Telangana, through SPINNY and leave your car over there because you will get back your car with damages just like our car and SPINNY ASSOCIATE will tell you everything is checked which he doesn’t do usually, this what happened to me. This is a small suggestion from my end for everyone who is reading. DON'T BE A VICTIM TO THEM LIKE ME.

I bought grand i10 on end of 2020 at spinny Bangalore and during delivery day seen engine error and they reset the senor data and told no issues. Again in next day same issue seen and they took exactly a year to replace the O2 sensor which they repaired multiple times and by this time warranty got over. Within a week started seeing smark key issue which cost 42k which is more than 10% of actual vehicle price. Now Spinny telling warranty over and not allowing to create any case or allow to escalate. Visit the spinny guarage once and you can see all repainted straps they are seling. You should be lucky enough to get good one. I seen many people faced similar issues and regretting now.

It was the first time I heard about Spinny. I downloaded the Spinny's app and posted my car for sale. I got the price range of 15.96 to 19.05. Spinny's person came for inspection and found my car in excellent condition. He also assured me that I should be getting a price range of 18.00 to 19.00 however when I got a call from Spinny about the price, I was given price of 15.73 which was way below than what was told. I understand it is the wish of buyer what price they want to offer but here misleading part was initial price quoted by Spinny. If I would have got this range, I would not have posted my car for sale and spent my team. I will not suggest Spinny to anybody. Please be careful when you post your car for sale at Spinny or contact them for your car sale need. Please don't feel or rate my car bad. My car has been rated best by most of the car buying site and this is the Spinny has offered me lowest price compare to others hence don't feel that Spinny is a good payer for used car.

I got my car valuation Don on 19 Feb 2022. They told car is in very good condition and they coated me the fair amount which was shown in car valuation page. They are following the method of cars24 to lure people and not provide good quote for sellers. I felt that there evaluation tool requires a transparent mechanism.

One of the worst post sale service. They are not true to their word. Had issues with the music system and the spinny team promised to rectify it. I gave my car twice to them to get it rectified. The first time they kept the car for 8 days, spent half tank of fuel and returned with absolutely no work. The second time they kept the car for 7 days and while returning it they crashed the car with the original music system issue still not resolved. I have tried reaching out multiple times to get it rectified and yet i receive no response. I'm running out of patience here and soon to file a lawsuit against them.

Very very bad experience if there is a zero in the rating I would have given that ,sold our car Zen estilo 3890 on 26 th August 2021 ,no RC transfer done inspite of more than a month ,all challans coming in our name ,never buy or sell any car to spinny ,they make big claims of instant RC transfer and then do no RC transfer ,all challans and all harassment is your ,you keep explaining that you have sold the car ,challana will keep coming in your name forever ,please do not trust spinny at all

I bought a Ciaz automatic regd no XXX8963 in my wife's name and gave her passport with complete name which is same as in the bank account as well but as per spinny its a government rule that only if you have a adhaar card then only you can own a car. If the name in aadhaar and bank account doesn't match and you don't get insurance claims its not our problem. Also my name in aadhaar and not printed properly on insurance and RC, again this is not their problem as they have got the money and 5 days return period is also over. Also they will not give you a zero dep insurance even if you are willing to pay. Their insurance and RTO team is full waste people so be careful

Are you planning to buy a car from Spinny.com I had a bad experience with Spinny.com Recently, I brought a car from Spinny.com with an assurance that the car I am buying is a non-accidental car. They made an amazing delivery of the car (in the video). I was very happy to see all this. On the same day, just to be sure that Spinny.com is saying true. I got the car checked from a manufacturer’s service dealer, through one of my friends. But what I found, the car had met with accidents five times. Yes, five times..not just only one or two, for five times. All these accidents were on records with the manufacturer’s service dealer but Spinny hide all these accidents. What a shame on them!! At the time of buying they were committed that they have a transparent policy and all cars they have are none accidental and without meter tempering. Ahh..What a liar company.!! I, later, returned the car to Spinny.com and got my full money back after almost six days and after making so many calls and complaints. I am sharing this experience just to make you aware that don't blindly trust these startups. You must be sure that you are making the right choice. You must get the car checked before you transfer any amount to this Spinny.com.

So, I had faced multiple issues in regards with my vehicle that I purchased from Spinny, but when taken to the notice of Spinny im happy to report that Meenakshi Dawar from Spinny had taken all the initiatives to resolve the issues faced by me and were honest enough to accept the same and Yes they also compensated me for the inconvenience faced and showed their goodwill gesture and truly stood up to their promise. Im glad that they won a customer back. Kudos Spinny

Hello spinny team, thnk u fr ur service, bought a swift frm spinny, last month. It was a special experience buying cr from spinnyy. Process was smooth , they are transparent, there are few things which I want to mention here. First they are very processional in terms of dealing, explaining cars, you won't feel they are here to sell the cars, I feel they are helping me over the process. Second team, They got very good people around, everyone I came across was polite and explaining thing's more then I asked. Thnk you shailesh nd team.

I have purchased Hyundai Verna Fluidic from Spinny Mumbai on 14th Jan 2021 . From test drive, booking to purchase the entire experience has been excellent Nikhil was amazing and answered all of my queries timely always keeping me in loop . I was apprehensive to buy car from Spinny after reading some of the reviews but decided to give them a chance anyway. I have had amazing experience with Spinny Mumbai team and I highly recommend them Great Job Nikhil and Spinny Mumbai Team

They are cheaters, sold car to me on which challan was issued. Now from last 6 months they are unable to resolve it. And fraud is on such a level that RC also has been transferred on my name.

DONT Recommend I lost Rs.1,000,000/- notionally because of their insurance policy. Though they have good range of cars but the service is not of great. They compromise with quality of service that they assured. Insurance part is were mainly we get injustice - As per the spinny company policy insruance valid for lesser than 90days, in this case they will get it from their end. IDV value was depreciated almost 25% i.e 6.48lakh to renewed value 4.8lakh, but the existing insurance company quotes IDV at 5.84lakh. Price paid - 5,80,000/- Insurance renewed - 4,80,000/- Loss - 1,00,000/- Assume if car met with accident very next day of insurance renewed and claim is only of Rs.4,80,000/- and loss of Rs.1,00,000/- They get insurance done through Insurancedekho.com for discounted price, they compromise with major thing that plays in automotive emergency i.e Insurance. (May be they have tie up and that's why they get a big discounts) I don't suggest you get impressed just bcos by the quality of car that you get here. Every part of the body is important likewise insurance also important for the car with good IDV

I, had recently bought MAruti zeta at car from spinny showroom on 26th of December 2019, I would like to share my experience and concerns Things were very good till the point I did not paid the amount for the car. On 23th December 2019, I and my family went to take the test drive for the car and we did block the car with Rs. 10k as the booking amount. On close inspection we found out some issues with the car and was being told that this will be fixed before delivery of the car. Following were highlighted • Remote battery were dead • Noisy Arm rest • Wiper were not cleaning glass properly • left side Fog lamp was broken • Music system remote battery were dead • Rear parcel tray issues • Rear Seat not getting reclined Out of which • Noisy armrest • Wiper issues • Broken fog lamp • Rear Seat not getting folded Were NOT fixed even before the delivery of the car. Based on the meeting on 23rd itself we discussed and told one of the executive that we would like to take delivery of the car on Thursday i.e.26th December 2019. And we were told that it will just take 45 min and car will be handed over to you... On 26th December it took us more than 3 long hours as against 45 min. While driving the car back home engine check light stated flashing. The car was sent to Maruti on MONDAY i.e. 30.Dec.2019 for the following issues • Engine check light problem • Broken fog lamp • Headlight not working • Wiper issues The car was there for one full day and came back on TUESDAY. ONLY 2 things were solved: • Engine check light • Headlight bulb was replaced And the fuel tank was empty with fuel light on when it came back. I used the car on 5th January to go out with family, again fueling it. AGAIN ENGINE CHECK LIGHT started to come in 5 kms of use. On calling the executive told me that on MONDAY i.e. 06.jan.2020, your car will be going to Maruti and will be sorted. Due to this fact I did not take the car to office and left it at home, going through public transport but no one took the car and no one called me to inform me that car will not be taken today. The odometer reading while buying the car was 53823... The issues related to check light started on 53832 and 53902 respectively… The company gives a warranty of 10,000 kms or 1 yr.and it’s not even 100 kms and problem is not being solved . And when I escalated the issue to the senior people, they took the car to Maruti service center again on 07th Jan 2019 and since then I am getting calls from n number of people saying that the engine is fine its sensor issues and Maruti doesn’t have sensor and car will be parked in Maruti and will take time. Each day I as the customer has to contact Mr. Abhishek for the follow up of the car and kept on asking when will the car come back to me. On Monday i.e. 06th Jan 2019 I also asked customer care team about RC transfer, I was being told that the file is ready and will go for the authorities on one or two days. I specifically told them that I want to return the car thus do not transfer it to my name. On Tuesday I start to get the sms saying that the car ownership has been shifted to me and New RC will come to my house soon. This is how they take care of customers?? I am so unhappy that I want to give back the car. If any of you need the screenshot for the evidences, I do have the proofs of the issues of car job sheet, and odometer reading. Today being 3 month for the car and still here are the issues that are still un answered and I am living with those: 1. Rear seat lock is broken and it was not fixed by spinny 2. While giving ignition, there is weird noise(Faulty Ignition) 3. Front shocks are very hard and not work 100% 4. Steering does not come back to original position People please read this whole review carefully, I had a very bad experience with spinny... Ill not recommend any one for spinny now
