With great disappointment and displeasure, we wish to share our extremely terrible experience with Spinny buyback and their utmost unprofessional, unethical and careless approach taken during the process. Below is the factual summary of our terrible experience (spinny-review.com) with Spinny.com. We bought the car from Spinny.com 7 Jul 2021 (booking ID #29838). We claimed buyback in Jun 2022 and doorstep evaluation of the car was done on 13 Jun 2022. Since Jun 13 2022, we raised multiple queries on Spinny.com website but no one cared to give us a buyback price. The strange thing with Spinny website is that when you raise a query, you get an automated response saying "Our customer support executives will contact you within 24 hours to resolve your query" and irrespective of whether anyone contacts you or not, the query gets expired or resolved automatically. After waiting for almost a month, we finally posted our experience on social media and then Mr. Surya Deep contacted us on 8 Jul 2022 and offered us a price of Rs. 3,44,000 but assured us that he will get back to us with a better price and compensate us due to the delay from Spinny's side. Strangely, on 9 Jul 2022, Mr. Surya Deep along with Mr. Kartik called us and offered a lower price of Rs. 3,17,000. The price of Rs. 3,44,000 given by Mr. Surya expired within a day. When we expressed our shock and disappointment, Mr. Kartik assured us that he will work this out and get back to us within 24 hours. On 10 Jul 2022, Mr. Kartik called us and offered a still lower price of Rs. 3,15,000. It was ironic that on one hand they admitted their fault and talked about customer satisfaction, while on the other neither did they compensate us for their negligence nor gave us any explanation or reason as to why the customer should bear the loss due to their unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness. We believe Spinny.com intentionally waited for the Warranty Coverage(1 year Warranty on Engine and Transmission) to expire and then gave a low price with lame excuses. This is how Spinny is following unethical practices and cheating the customers. When we raised these concerns and questioned Mr. Kartik he assured us that he will talk to his seniors and get back to us with a better price within 24 hours. We did not hear from Mr. Kartik on 11 Jul 2022. On 12 Jul 2022, Mr. Surya Deep called us and gave a final price of Rs.3,17,000 without giving any explanation or reasoning. We raised the concern with Niraj Singh (owner of Spinny.com, Linkedin.com niraj-singh-67159715) but he turned a deaf ear. Request everyone to take an informed decision and not be fooled by Spinny.com.

I generally do not leave reviews, but I was hesitant as I read mixed reviews when researching Spinny, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. All in, it was 3 days from the time of the offer to the time payment was received. I received a quote on 23rd and received my documents to sign in the mail on 23rd itself. My vehicle pick-up was scheduled on 24th, my vehicle was picked up on 24th only and I received my payment in reasonable point of time. The entire process was seamless and without any delay. As long as you upload your documents promptly and correctly and condition your vehicle accurately, you should not have any problems. Please note this review is for selling my vehicle to Spinny. Very bad experience with Spinny. They have got all the details before inspection but after inspection no response at all and after follow-up simply said they don't buy my state registration car. They were already aware all my car details but just tried to fool customer. Totally waste of time and money. Not recommended at all.

Worst Experience Ever I have got a car from spinny and returned within 3 days due to technical issues. After that return almost ten days I have been following up for the refund of my amount and no proper response from them...worst ever service I have experienced with any organisation.people call them corporate and professional and they do not have a work around or one off to refund when they face a technical issue and they do not feel ashamed to keep telling this reason for more than a week. Really a bad experience and they made me followup with calls, emails etc as though we are jobless. I will not recommended their service to anyone. Very irresponsible
