Least Bothered! They have rude ill mannered staff that calls you after inspection. Least bothered if you are ok with the price or not and just don’t bother to negotiate or offer other options. They tell you what it is and then just keep the phone. Horrible. And they gave the least pricing of all.

I bought the car from spinny last year approx 8 month back and they committed to us they will provide every docoment (RC) within 3 month but still they are not providing docoment to of my kwid car so please don't choose spinny for car because they do wrong commitment with customer

its been 9 months i have not received my RC papers. i am running after the escalation team like a dog, They are so unprofessional, they dont know the value of time. always kept me waiting. i dont whom to contact. highly highly disappointed.

While purchasing the pre-owned car, I was informed that the pre-owned will be with the quality of a new car. But built-in accessory i.e., parcel tray was not available in the pre-owned car. When I contacted the person who gave a sarcastic reply that was not available in the car web. Further the cigarette lighter in the front was working. Despite complaint no action was taken for the past 11 days. Another issue was also not resolved. After installing my Hyundai app, I can not have the access to VIN since previous owner mobile number was synced with VIN. When I got my mobile number changed with the Hyundai dealer, I can not have the access and I was informed by the dealer that unless the previous owner uninstalled the my Hyundai app, I can not have the access. I requested the spinny people to help me out to get earlier app uninstalled from the previous owner. No action. Very lethargic attitude towards customer.

**They buy car on bad faith - Bad experience** Very disappointed with Spinny services as the agent who I was in touch with for the sale of my car has not been responding after closure of the deal. After all the documents submitted they are changing the price on bad faith. @Niraj001s, Mr. Niraj Singh - The customer satisfaction on the purchase of cars is also important. I sold my car in spinny ,, Everything was very good, they offered me the maximum price, all the process were gone very smoothly only the problem came in Car Traansfer which was also rectified very soon. I would like others to try Spinny Once

Spinny is just terrible. Till the inspection was scheduled things were good. The inspection process took 2 hours. The vehicle engine was left in running condition for close to an hour. The assessor cranked the engine while it was running. My assessment of the process is they look for ways to beat down the price nothing constructive. Now is the best part..... It is now 3 days and i have not heard from them .... no quote nothing or any response whatsoever. If i could i would rate them a zero. Highly unprofessional folks. Waste of time and money trying to deal with them. If you have other options do explore them

If you desperately need to sell your car, never trust the spinny. That's true. I had a very bad experience with them. They initially provided a very good quotation. When I accepted the offer, they began investigating issues that they had not previously disclosed. As a result, I had to foreclose on my top-up loan. They also demanded my credit card statement, which I had already given them.Now they want to close my credit card by paying up to my full credit limit. According to Spinny, the bank doesn't give you an NOC if you have used your credit card. I confirmed the same with the bank, and they are totally fine with giving an NOC, but Spinny has issues with that. What I lost: Totally wasted time and hope (in my case, 25 days of hope) Lesson learnt: Never trust Spinny if you desperately need to sell your car.

Pathetic. No service is provided in case you put up any query they will just keep calling you from various divisions and instead of resolving your problem get you around the bush.. I am facing money issues in the car and there is no resolving of issues at all from the companies end. Genuine advice please do not buy from spinny

Bait and switch. Offered 28L+ as Max price before scheduling appointment. After scheduling appointment, asked for price expectation. Mentioned the higher end of their own range. Was told their algorithm is incorrect and that value is not possible. They reduced take by 2L. No explanation. After appointment, took 2+ days to respond. And reduced price again starting algo is incorrect and no other explanation. Deceiving tactics, just to get count evaluations to please investors. And finally, deted the sell order from my account because I declined their offer and left a comment about their decitful tactics.

They just inspect and waster your more than 1 hour and after that no call back from their team

Extremely BAD Experience…. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Spinny… Once you book 100 calls and messages will come to you. No internal process and you may have to wait for your car to be delivered. No timelines, poor commitment, poor customer handling.
