Over 30 minutes late picking us up. Couldn’t get in contact with driver. An hour and fifteen minutes late picking us up for the return journey.

We had a great experience renting a bus with US Coachways. The sales staff was friendly, helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. The bus she recommended was the perfect choice for our group of 45. The bus was comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. The driver was friendly and incredibly skilled handling such a large vehicle- even in the pouring rain on narrow dirt roads. I highly recommend them!

Great service to the airport. They sent a vehicle much larger than we had reserved. The driver was extremely nice. Plenty of room for our luggage. The booking process was super easy.

Our church went from Fort Lauderdale to Mooresville NC on a US Coachways bus. We had a wonderful driver Modesto Perez he was kind and courteous and such a fabulous driver. The bus was comfortable and clean. We are already planning next years trip on a Us Coachways bus and hopefully our driver will be Modesto Perez!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Michelle our rep did awesome. She got our youth group to and from camp on short notice after our van rental company cancelled us last minute. We will definitely us US Coachways again!

I would give them negative stars if I possible could. Cancelled my wedding shuttles LESS THAN A MONTH before my wedding with ZERO apology. My booking experience was extremely negative, but I went with them anyway because they had the cheapest rate. Take it from me, IT IS NOT WORTH IT! I tried to get them on the phone and get an explanation and they wouldn't answer the phone. I left an email asking to call me and they refused. All I got was an email saying my shuttle was cancelled. No apology. Their explanation - "our local carrier is unavailable"......okay, I booked almost a year ago? They DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! ***Update - after no less than 12 phone calls (they won't answer their phone), numerous voicemails, and two weeks more of trying, I ended up calling their sales team and begging the guy supposed to book new clients to get my account manager (who apparently was dodging me) on the phone to finally get my money back for me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid. Not worth trying to save a few dollars, TRUST ME!!!

The reservations, rental and driver for US Coachways were all great! They were professional, on time and communicated very well. This was our second annual use of their bus for our client event and we will use them again.

Where do I start?? I have ordered limos for years working in the corporate jet industry and owning private jets myself. This is the first time I have ordered a limo, but in this case a mini bus, on line and was frustrated until Genine Esposito took the reins and patiently walked me through the process. She also continued to stay with me until we sorted all the details out. She appears to be working around the clock in helping me so please thank her for me and for those of you booking a charter bus I hope you get Miss Genine! Julie

I was very please with the service I received from US Coachways. Our driver George was on time and a great driver especially driving in NYC. The vehicle was practically new and very clean. Tony Tommasino was a great agent. He was very helpful in answering any questions and helping to plan our itinerary. I would definitely use their services again.

Very nice bus services. The bus was on time. We had no issues with the bus or the driver. The driver was very pleasant. I would recommend this bus service to all my friends and family.

Avoid this company!! -if you don't want to second experience our trip. I see good reviews, on them but I guess not every trip is like that. We must be the lucky ones. Part 1: This company seemed very promising,....only at first. There is a backstory to this, we were supposed to book these trips for year 2020 for a church retreat. Unfortunately Covid happend and everything was backtracked. As I tried asking for a refund, I was promised that I would be refunded within 180 days. Never happend. The process of me trying to constantly ask for our money back is just very rugged. This company was so easy and helpful in the beginning, but once you have deposited an intial down payment, it's going to go down from there. They made it very hard for us to process our refund and eventually not refunding us at all. We were forced to book another trip for this year since they couldn't deliver their initial promise, they just turned it into store credits. I guess it's better than nothing. Point is, you promised something but couldn't deliver it. I have all the email trails for proof. They are very fast at collecting money but made it very hard for us to get it back. Part 2: As we booked our trip with them (56 passenger bus) from NY to Maryland. Everything seemed to be going right at first. The bus came in a tad late though which I thought I could let that pass sure why not right? Bus driver was excellent. She was very polite and understanding, but the company is just horrendous. We were on the road for more than 1 hr with NO AC, and all windows are closed. The temperature inside the bus was 93 degrees F. This was a traumatic experience as we have elder people inside this bus. The driver said she could not turn on AC and that theh owner told her the AC would only work or rather be turned on when we get to the freeway. Everyone in the bus was gasping for air. I f we hadn't told the driver to stop driving and pause , people would've started fainting. The bus was suffocating, there was no air circulation. A number of people almost called 911 because they had a hard time breathing already. I called dispatcher and customer service three times. All times, they told me they would call me back and nothing. They never did. This is very frustrating as customers. This horrendous experience truly broke everyone. They are demanding, they paid for this kind of bus?? No AC, not even a fan. Part 3: Going back to New York, our bus came in 40 mins late to pick us up. Everyone was getting irritated why the bus is like this. I called dispatcher so many times, and they kept telling me to wait 5 mins. The bus never showed up until 40 mins. later. Compared to our first bus, at least this other bus has AC working. Only complaint is that this bus seemed very old. Where I was sitting, there were spider webs on the windows and the mini table and cupholders on the seats were not cleaned. There were crumbs and sticky residues on them. To add in: the toilet was so smelly nobody even wanted to open it. What a horrible nightmare we had to go through with this company. Everyone just complaining at me , I couldn't do anything. I felt bad. I know it isn't the driver's fault but I just don't understand why this company is just like this? I feel like we've been wronged. We paid for something that just never met our expectations. This will probably be our last time booking with them, and will unlikely refer them to anyone that we know. Customer service is no help too. Very horrible.

It was a pleasure using US Coachways. The service team was very professional an anticipated every need. the booking process went very smoothly and was simple. The bus and driver were terrific and we would definitely use again.

I had a trip with US Coachways in june 2021. It was the best. The driver. Alonzo was on time , pleasant and courteous. The dispatcher was great. She even called me before we boarded the bus to make sure that everything was ok. On the return, there was going to a lateness due to the driver being sick. They let me know that at least 2 hours before the pickup time. It worked out fine for me because the program that we went to was ending later than we expected. Everything worked out perfectly. I would recommend US Coachways to anyone.

Bus arrived on time, was clean, driver was very friendly and had lots of experience. We had a great time, absolutely no problems. And will use US Coachways again next year for our annual outing.

Our transportation was perfect for our corporate event! We even had someone leave items behind on the bus and she easily was able to retrieve them. Thank you!!
