The organization is professional, keeps you informed, the coaches are clean and the drivers have been very, very good.

My family charter a bus from this horrible company spending over $6000. On our ride down to Florida the air on the bus went out and we suffered. When we arrived in FL the next day he got the air fixed. Three days later the air went back out cancelling our plans for the day. We tried to call Coachways about some type of reimbursement and was offered a $100 gift card and had to pay to have it sent to us. The employees are rude and defensive as if it is there money. We are getting the run around about receiving some kind of reimbursement. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had a positive customer service experience during the booking process and during the actual charter itself. We experienced a notable delay (and some back and forth by email) in having a refund processed, but in the end, we experienced great service overall and would book again.

Our experience with US Coachways was awesome! I am with a Scout Troop and we priced a bus to get us to a high adventure camp. Airplane tickets along with a place to stay for a night along with renting or hiring a vehicle to get us from that place to the high adventure camp was starting to add up. When we priced the bus, it was the same cost as all of that added together without the headache. Then we decided to price it for summer camp too. That price was actually better due to the larger number of Scouts and adults we had to transport. I was new to this and our agent, Michelle Garzone, was patient and so helpful to answer all my questions along the way. Our drivers, especially Terry Durham, were great and extremely flexible regarding meal stops during the trip. Overall a great and stress free experience!

Indy500 Done Right! The bus was impeccable. The driver was great! She had a great sense of humor and even laughed at our games and jokes on the way down to the race. She commandeered that bus like a beast! Followed the police escort without missing a beat! One of the best.

Just the driver took the long way to go to the aquarium and we got there at the time for student's lunch so they couldn't enjoy the aquarium in the morning.

Us Coachways made everything easy and they were perfect at executing our trip. The driver was friendly and accommodating and really knew his way around Orlando. This allowed us to maximize our time at the theme parks. Highly recommended!

Our driver, Louis from Legacy Tours LLC was phenomenal. He took our group, Civitas Tours on a trip to Montpelier and Monticello! He was on time, polite, flexible, funny, and personable! My group took care of him and had him eat with us and get to know him! We all felt like he was a part of our family at the end of the day. We were blessed to have him drive for our group again and I will be asking for him from now on!

Despite the horrific rain, the driver was on time and helped everyone onto the bus. He drove with expertise for a smooth, comfortable ride. He waited to take us home. The rain never gave up and again he took us back home safely. Thank you for providing an awesome driver and a beautiful bus!!!
