CS needs to step it up. I was contacted after my policy expired when I specifically asked them to contact me prior. Also addressed me by the wrong name.

Novamar keeps me informed of the status of my auto policy, when it expires and when to renew. I renew annually every December by email, and later pay in person. The agents have always been friendly and helpful.

Great insurance company We have used novamar for the last few years. There prices are great and easy to get on a phone if you need them.

It was necessary for me to make a claim because I drove into the back of a car that stopped in front of me. I called Novamar and they sent an assessor. The assessor resolved the issue to the satisfaction of everyone involved. The entire process was very simple for me

The agent was wonderful! If memory serves me right it is Sabdia. I speak Spanish fairly well and it was great that she is bilingual but permitted me to speak in Spanish as this is the language used in Mexico (and where our property is insured.) She was very friendly and super professional. She is the top of her class for knowledge and customer service. She deserves a 10!

When we joined Novamar we were told that your insurance is discounted as you purchase other insurance- we have home, vehicle, and just received a full price quote for health insurance. When asked about the discount we were told no such thing exists. Very disappointing!

I have had Novamar Insurance for 5 years and have always felt I made the right decision. I will add, I made an appointment with an agent for a phone consultation earlier this year to get information on adding earthquake insurance. I don't have the date on my calendar but I am sure he can locate the date on his. He never called me.

I worked with Novamar on our Condo Associations Property Insurance. The team was so helpful and saved us money. They also helped us hire an appraiser to determine the reconstruction value of our buildings. They are so good, that they stepped in a worked with our old insurer to settle an old claim in our favor!

Switched our sailboat insurance to Novamar this year and the experience so far has been very good. The quote happened quickly and experience was also good. Price was a little more than previous company but I have more confidence with Novamar.

I had timely communication with our representative and she tesponded to my questions promptly. In some cases I had to ask the question a couple of time before I got a response. CADI should be explained every time rather than having to ask what it is for.
