I enquired online about changing provider for energy. I received a call instantly and the advisor talked me though the process. I selected a fixed tarif for 12 months. The next day I received emails regarding the change over. Next day I was asked for final meter readings from the new provider and my old one. It has been a very straightforward process. I would definitely recommend using MSE .

I was very sceptical that I would save much and that the quote would have hidden catches,however as my renewal had gone up by over £100 I thought that I would give it a go. I could not have been more wrong. The quote I was offered matched my renewal notice exactly and was £197 cheaper and from a well known bank Thank you.
