Many subjects are written with authority. My Own experience was when my car Insurance quote was for Over £1,300, but following the advice on Money Expert I was able to get the Same Cover for £600 !?! Thanks again, Tony.

Very helpful discussion with Sally as my plan is coming to an end she was able to talk me through the options.

The Money experts agent Christopher Tay was very friendly and professional, explaining so easily and I take the decision to switch to British gas straight away. Looking forward to start using BS soon.

I never normally ‘buy’ anything at my front door but John and his trainee explained everything in great detail before I agreed to anything. The switch will all be done in the ‘background’ so I haven’t got to do any ringing around (a bonus not having to spend ages on the phone being passed from pillar to post). Time will tell if the switch has been beneficial or not but, for the Money Expert part, I am happy with the guys professionalism!

Wayne was just lovely to talk to and very understanding of my limited online skills!! Hopefully British Gas are as good at their job as Wayne is at his!!

I was put onto another electric scheme with the agent who interviewed me and could not understand why British Gas had not offered it to me in the past. It saved me money.

Very friendly door to door sales man named Mark Macintosh (Might have spelled that wrong but super friendly guy!) Very patient with me when we struggled to changed tariff! Just a lovely guy and did his best to help us! Five stars for his service, time and overall, just how charming and nice he was. He patiently outlines the benefits of changing Tariff and overall, made the experience quite enjoyable.
