Was put under a lot of pressure to buy the insurance when all I wanted to do was switch energy supplier. Very disappointed. They kept me on the phone for over an hour and didn’t accept that I didn’t understand half of what they were bombarding me with.

Field Agent showed me his identity straight away and explained details of tariff changes and why certain information was required from me. He was patient and did not try to rush me into making a decision.

I thought this was money saving expert. I was not told some charges which british gas mentioned later in the call. In all it was good that it helped me to save money in the short term but I am not 100 sure in the long term.

the advisor emmanuel helped me to switch to a new fixed tariff with british gas,she explained everything efficiently with great expertise.once i saw she was with money expert.com i had complete confidence and trust.

Aaron was a great adviser and dealt with my switch to British Gas which I am more than happy about. However I now cannot get hold of them and have not received anything about the MEX Rewards Scheme.

Contract will start soon then I will be able to give proper experience.
