Was told there would be a two week cooling off period then I could provide my meter readings. 3 weeks on I contacted money expert, with my reference and asking why BG hadn’t been in touch. The advisor knew my details and said I would be better contacting BG direct. BG didn’t know anything about it, no reference, no account, what’s going on ? One of your advisors jered, took my bank details for BG and for boiler cover with another company (which I eventually managed to cancel after lots of attempts) should I be worried ?? What’s going on with this company ? Impossible to get through on the phone. Avoid people, I’ve wasted hours of my time here
