Very professional, happy to speak with someone you can understand, Very good attitude. Unlike the previous company, sent my bill to previous address, instead of new address, when asked about it was very dismissive about it, so I have left them.

Very helpful, professional attitude, knowledgeable of the business. I was able to understand the information I was been given. The previous company I didn't no were I was with them, there attitude was very poor also very pushy about me having a smart meeter.

Very helpful told me about saving me money with you from changing from utilita to British gas as they thought I was paying to much with utilita and I will get half price weekends

Figures quoted were ridiculous. Claimed I could save 22% by switching from standard tariff. Checked proposed tariff on BG website and it would actually cost me slightly more and increase switch charge from £0 to £75.

Gave me the best deal with british gas. Thank you.

Well mannered and well explained

Agent came to our door claiming to be from our Broadband provider and acted like we were in need of engineering work. When I told them we didn't the agent became aggressive and told me "we're all busy" I asked to see credentials and realised he was not who he was claiming to be. Really shocked to see such dishonest sales techniques
