Two of the agents then came back together to my property challenge me about my unwillingless to lie - which I was REALLY unhappy about.

Your confirmation email gave a Gas Fixed Tariffv26 unit rate of 6.74p per kWh when our present rate is 6.323p, and a standing charge of 35.96p per day when our present rate is 34.58p. The Electricity Fixed Tariffv26 gave a unit rate of 27.42p per kWh when our present rate is 25.746p, and a standing charge of 45.86p per day when our present rate is 44.002p. I returned to your sales unit in Bromley High Street today and saw a different salesman who said the rates quoted in the email dated 17th February were the current rates on the 17th. We believed that our present rates (as per our last gas and electricity bills dated 22/12/2024) would be the 'Fixed Tariffv26' rates. However, we do NOT wish to cancel this new Fixed Rate Tariff.
