He persuaded me to take up an offer from British Gas that was over 25% cheaper than any other offer. The next day I looked at the offer from British Gas and found it was little different from the offer from other suppliers. I decided to ring MSE again and eventually received offer that was over 20% cheaper. I decided to go with it. My offer from MSE did not have the discounted rate I had been promised and also it also had the wrong supply address. I tried to ring you back but could not get through. I tried to correct the error by email.On receiving the documentation from British Gas I found that it only mentioned Electricity and also had a wrong address. I rang them to correct the address errror and spent over an hour on the phone. Eventually I succeeded but I still had the problem that only electricity was included. At this point I had had enough. I contacted EDF (my current supplier) and negotiated a new 2year contract them.I contacted British Gas to cancel the new contract. I am 76 years of age and can do without all this nonsense.
