Ordered plant pot and it had obviously been used. I paid £175 and had to clean it. There was soil in the base and a slight mark around the edge which I managed to remove. Having received a quick reply from Bents regarding my purchase I would just like to say that I have purchased 6 of these plant pots and absolutely love them.

Order was sent to different person, so I had to wait at least 2- 3 weeks for delivery, size of baubles wasnt right as the description, price very high compering to quality, I had to return. Disappointed

Saw the product in the garden center then went home to have a think and measure up and we ended up ordering online as it was a large item. Easy to use website to order and got free delivery which was a bonus. Item was delivered within 3 days of ordering as promised on the website (3-5 working days). Easy and fuss free, would order a larger item this way again and it was really good that we could see in store before buying on their website.

The tree that I ordered was ok but I had no notification that it was out for delivery so was lucky that I was at home. The base cover didn’t arrive at the same time. When I returned home later that day the cardboard box had been left over the gate in the rain and the cardboard was in a terrible state. Had been ripped and damaged. The contents were clearly visible and were wet. Haven’t actually opened the tree as yet but the box looks much better than the one containing the tree skirt. Was a bit disappointed to say the least.
