I go to Bents most Tuesdays with my 3 year old two granddaughters as my mum. We have a treat in the restaurant, play on the park, walk to see the fairies and buy food from the food part. On Tuesday 22/08/22 September I visited with my Twinnies, my 12 year old granddaughter and 9 year old grandson. We did the usual plus saw Barbie and Ken skate round the sandpit. In the restaurant I experienced the worse time buying food I’ve ever experienced. I queued for hot food, had an empty dish plonked on my tray, had to then queue to order chips, drinks and ice creams. I was told the empty dish was for salad, so had to queue separately, I also had to queue again for ice cream. By the time I got to my table the chips had already arrived. Thankfully my grandchildren are very well behaved but sat on their own waiting for me to tackle the most ridiculous system. When are you going to review this system and make it much better for the customer???? Apart from the staff plonking the empty dish on my tray, all your staff are amazing, polite, helpful and lovely. Shame your system spoilt it.

Easy to order from Firs air fryer didn't work.replacement sent in double quick time.would definitely recommend this company.i think more people should use smaller companies like this.they are very competitive price wise and their service is first class

I’m usually very sceptical about companies that I’ve never shop before but I was impressed by this company delivering my product so quickly. The only issue was that I had to call customer services to ask about my order and there were nobody responsible on the e-commerce until the following working day(I called on a Saturday). This can be easily fixed.
