verry good it saved a lot space

We visited Bents 2 months ago & left our name and address for them to contact us when a particular water feature came in stock. We were never contacted. We’ve bought it online. We’re now asked by Bents to review the transaction… but it has yet to be delivered!! Unbelievable! Come on Bents, get your act together.

Standard of item very very good. We had notification as to the day the item would arrive. Communication could have been better on our confirmation email as to when in the day it would arrive. Even if it said between 9-5pm this would have helped. But 5 stars because once we spoke to Bents tehy were excellent with the updates back to us. Couriers were friendly also.

What an excellent Garden Centre, I have never experienced such high quality customer service and excellent products. The staff are outstanding both in the restaurant area and in the actual Garden Centre. We had breakfast at the premises, outstanding. You will not be disappointed if you visit this premises.

A great place to go. The food is as good as ever, so a fantastic place to meet friends for a coffee or lunch. The staff are always helpful and friendly no matter which department you shop in.

We called today to have coffee & a light breakfast again. Big shout out to Kirsty & Lindsey who looked after us brilliantly . 2 excellent lattes & lovely wholemeal doorstop toast. We have been users of Bents for more years than I can remember, the cafe was above the entrance in our early days for anyone else who also remembers then.

Visited on Sunday 6th march with 6 family members for lunch.....never again ! Hot sandwich on the menu went to ask what it was to be told not doing them Ordered roast beef sandwich didn't order 1 thin slice on dry bread with more onion than beef ! £9.95 is daylight robbery chips looked as though they had been under a hot plate for hours so much so even our 5 year old wouldn't eat them I think you need to get your act together all round I posted a complaint 4 months ago regarding bad customer service so if m bent reads this post don't bother asking for personal details I did that last time and still waiting Customer service starts at the top no wonder the staff are the way they are management are not interested ! I will never visit or recommend bents again

I ordered some Spiralights for my sister for her birthday. I ordered on Friday and they were despatched the next day and arrived on Tuesday. I don’t think she has put them out yet as it’s been cloudy but I’m sure they’ll be good.

Excellent customer service and such a speedy delivery. Would recommend and will buy again Fab 😊

Quick delivery, good price - what's not to like!

Visited Bents on the 18th February and suprise suprise, yet again, the water in the ladies toilets, located near the exit tills, was cold. I have brought this to the attention of the customer service assistant on countless occasions, over numerous visits to the store. Nothing has ever been done to rectify this problem. Hot water is a must to be able to clean your hands properly. When are you going to fix this issue?

I've give this one star because there wasn't an option for zero stars. All I can say is the staff are miserable and everything is overpriced tat especially in the restaurant were I found a curly hair on my stale sandwich, absolutely disgusting..!!

The gift vouchers I ordered were delivered but sadly did not include the 70th birthday message I had forwarded to you hence my sister did not know who had sent the vouchers! So disappointing!

I visited Bents on Saturday with my elderly parents and the dog. We sat in the cafe at the Pet Place and the whole time we were there had the most amazing customer care. Anne and Sue in the cafe went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for us. Our whole experience was wonderful and can’t thank them enough

Beautiful stone large windmill for our sons 40th birthday. Arrived when said, well wrapped, great to have a phone call the day before to make sure someone in at home.

Brought my daughter and grandson for lunch. What a miserable set of staff on lunches. They all look like miserable clones! To charge 9.95 each for a salmon sandwich in 2 slices of bread and 9.95 for a pulled pork sandwich which was cold is appalling .Wont be going there again
