Arrived in the morning so wasn’t hanging around all day. The courier called me 5/10 minutes beforehand to say he was on his way. A delightful chap who carried all the different boxes of my purchase into the back garden and placed them exactly where I wanted them (a large parasol with base and cover). Very happy with the experience

Ordered a BBQ for home delivery. Given a delivery date for one week later. Waited until lunchtime on the given delivery date, no communication, contacted Bents GC who advised they would ring back in ten minutes. One hour later they ring back advising my order has not been processed for dispatch, apparently I'd been missed off the delivery schedule. The delivery did arrive next day by an alternative courier as they couldn't get my order to me any other way. If I hadn't made contact my order would not have arrived on any day as it hadn't been marked as ready for dispatch. Poor customer service. No communication. Will not use again.

I would have liked to digitally deliver the gift token. My Mum is 83 & drove to Bents from Birchwood to pick up the token but didn’t feel well enough to walk around so will have to come back again. One trip when she felt well would have been better. I live in Australia so couldn’t take it myself.

Bought a gift online for my mum for Mother’s Day. It had to be collected from the store though she was away for another month. She has since collected and enjoyed but I would have preferred to send her as a gift via email. She has since collected and enjoyed!
