We visited Bents garden centre yesterday, looking forward to our usual afternoon treat; one of Bents delicious strawberry tarts. However, what we found was a tart that appeared to have shrunk by almost half but the price had not! In fact the price had been increased. We usually look forward to a trip to Bents but don’t think we’ll be going again.

Afternoon tea vouchers buyer beware! Apart from the website not working on apple products and you cant book please be aware Afternoon Tea is only available Wed-Fri. This is not stated ANYWHERE and we are now left with a voucher worth nearly £50 that cant be used for its original purpose. It was a gift from a dear friend that is very upset it cant be used because like a good 60% of the population we work full time.

Excellent professional staff & service After going to Bents store to see their garden furniture and trying out what was suitable for our family, we returned home to discuss which we preferred. On doing that we ordered online and confirmation given regarding delivery times. Extra cushions I wanted were out of stock but Jane from Bents went above and beyond to offer me another design which was great and complimented the garden furniture. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Bents either online or in store again I will recommend to friends and family

Made a special trip to see if Bents was as good as the advertising implies, especially as Bents claim to be dog-friendly but we could not find how to get in with a dog! We knew from the website that we could not take a dog through the inside part of the store but there were no site maps or signage to direct us to a suitable entrance (in fact from the main part of the car park the main entrance was not even obvious). Eventually a member of the public took pity on us outside the main entrance and explained you have to go through one of the shops at the far end, which was near where we had started to look and at the opposite end to where we now were. By then we had lost all enthusiasm for the place and did not bother going in. We will not be returning.

Quick delivery… good communication.. I thought the draining rack was fit for purpose, but felt it was expensive.. But I know Joseph Joseph items are pricey.

After the initial ordering of the item we had no communication when the product was arriving apart from a phone call when it was on the way which I couldn't answer as I was at work.
