Poor experience as plant arrived in pot too small for size and all the roots exposed and hanging out and I sent pictures to Bents as requested only to have them ignore me and the condition of the plant so learn from my experience they just don’t give a damn once money banned!!! I’m pursuing a case v them.

I phoned Bent's enquiring about a tree I wanted to buy and the advice they gave me was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, no question unanswered and the tree I have bought is exactly what I was looking for but couldn't find.

Having placed an online order contacted promptly to offer an initial delivery date but with alternate dates listed if the first was not convenient. Replied with a change of date and got immediate response confirming new date and offering details of how I could get accurate delivery window on the day. Staff in the day just as helpful and friendly. Love my new outdoor table and chairs thank you.

It was very easy to order. When I phoned the store it was answered within a minute and the staff was very helpful. Not only that. The minute I placed the order had a call from the same lady I spoke with who confirmed the order and asked whether it was a store collection or delivery. Wanted to change it to a specific date and it was updated and received the item on that day on time . Very pleased with the service :-)

Ordered something online only to be told that it wasnt in stock. What a waste of time and I'm not happy that you took all my details when the item was not in stock. UPDATE in response to bents reply. I didnt order a BBQ? It was easter eggs and they were still being advertised for sale on 22nd april and prior to this.
