After contacting the online service after purchasing an event for a gift for my daughter I spoke with with a colleague from online ordering who has sent me the details of the event with an image and personalised the email with my daughter's name. I can print the email off and give this as a gift for my daughter's birthday.

I had a query which was answered promptly. Order arrived very quickly. Water butts installed and work well.

Served a frozen sausage roll as part of deli platter which in turn hurt my teeth and head from the frozen meat. Shown the cashier and was greeted with a can’t be bothered attitude to being served frozen food

I bought the pop up gazebo , very good quality looks fab, easy to install once I watched a Youtube video, the instructions didn't seem very clear to me but maybe that's just me. Delivery was very fast.

Been a customer for years and always enjoyed shopping here. Went on Tuesday and as i was leaving i was collared by a security guard who suggested I had pocketed something and left without paying. Didn't show any evidence to back up his statement and was very intimidating. I showed him the contents of my pockets - phone, glasses, wallet - and was treated with utter contempt. I won't be spending any more money here
