We thoroughly enjoy Bents. There’s so much to see and do. The food in the restaurant is first class, reflected in the prices, likewise the food hall. Bents takes ‘garden centres’ to a new level

I had a query about an event booking. Staff very friendly my query was dealt with professionally and efficiently.

I came with a friend, we are frequent visitors, my friend bought a leaving present for a friend and on the way out it was gift wrapped by Cliff. What a lovely guy and you actually made the visit fab! Thank you Cliff, look forward to seeing you next time. X

The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful, carrying food, answering queries etc. That is on top of delicious food for lunch - I know it is a bit expensive but it is like nowhere else. Real treat to go there.

Cherry blossom trees. Absolutely lovely and half price in sale so got 2 for 1 you could say.

We came in for food and were astounded at the prices of the food in the cafe. ,£12 for a sandwich and £15 for vegetable curry is ridiculous. Needless to say we didn't stay

Part of the order was received damaged, which is the reason for the loss of one star. I contacted Bents via email and the issue was fully resolved within the day; great customer service

I bought 3 items on line in the Xmas sale for click and collect on 26th Dec. I received an email saying the items had been shipped and a tracking link which didn't work. On Jan.8th I decided to drive to the store to be told that the items were sitting there waiting to be picked up. I buy lots of things on line for click and collect and always receive an email telling me the goods are ready to be collected
