Lovely day with family, having lunch & some shopping, & children played on play area.

We attended the Bird Hut Painting Session. Very well organised & enjoyable for children of all ages. It would be good to see many more events for families & children in the school holidays periods. The staff involved were friendly, helpful & made the event a happy occasion for the children.

Well organised, great layout, everything we needed and the bird houses are fantastic quality.

I went to Bents garden centre today with mum in a wheelchair and my daughter with her two young children. We decided to eat first and went to the self serve cafe. On arrival it looked a bit complicated but once you checked it out it was easy to navigate and I found it to be a good system for ordering food. It was expensive but the food was clearly freshly prepared and my goodness was it tasty. It was delicious and we ate every morsel. The staff all over the complex were really lovely and helpful. I hope they are regularly praised for their efforts because they deserve it. The staff in the cafe work really hard and are on the ball . The staff in the toy shop and clothing area were fabulous too.i found the whole place to be very clean including the play area and toilets. It was also easy to get around with the wheelchair and pushchair with wide aisles. We had a lovely day out and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

We received exactly what we ordered, in great condition and packaged appropriately for a flat dosc shaped grill. No huge amounts of excess packaging. Was prompt on delivery and cheaper than elsewhere. What's not to rate 5*

Had our car cleaned today, what a service, the car is immaculate, it smells amazing and better than we bought it. Only downside, I fear driving it anywhere muddy, as it looks brilliant. Great team of lads .👍

I was expecting to much may be I wanted to see plants and gardening ideas on a grand scale We arrived and entered into the internal plastic plants ornaments and furnishings, we then went into a scented candles and oils area then a clothes shop then patio furniture (cheapest set over £1500) and pizza ovens and then fire bowls must be close to plants now and on we went to another clothes then pets cafe’s restaurant's we finally saw something relating too the purpose off gardening tools, wildlife food hose pipes etc. now I really did think I was going to see the grand display’s of plants we went into the indoor plant area I saw my first plants this area was a third full with 4 or 5 different plants and 2 or 3 types of each very poor display area we went into the last area which I understood to be the outside garden area No Plants most of the area was empty and the area for pots was not very good and they were not even terracotta or porcelain no quality only Home Bargain grade I gave up and went for a play in the Jurassic Park Area and ther was another cafe area B&Q defiantly have more choice on products and pots inspiration I cannot wait for the garden area at Tesco can not be worst We went on to Barton Grange Garden Centre this is a far better grade of garden centre Where we bought a £699 and we got 10% discount free delivery to Birkdale and 5year warranty on the life of the plant we visit this centre many times a year the service is great Bents is getting there they have a organised car park Thats It the Car Park

I've attended chair yoga with my daughter and sister for a number of weeks. The yoga is held in the marquee room overlooking the water. It is a large room and the group is small. There is no heating on and all of the clients and yoga teacher are complaining the room is cold.

This product is exactly what I wanted. Seems a good price and I’m happy with it. Shame the postage was so expensive!

Don't like the main restaurant at Bents,too chaotic and disorganised however the small Tapa's restaurant further round into the food hall is a little gem. Dawn + wojtek hard working and so pleasant, a credit to your company. Food thoroughly delicious.

My expensive boxed bouquet from Bents (Poyntons?) Sadly they were already dying when I received them, they lasted 3 days... then all were dead! I have photos Never ever will I return, or order any flowers from here. .
