I had a HIFU treatment on Wednesday, Kristina was soooooooo helpful. We discussed my skin needs, the products I was using, Kristina made recommendations on how to get the best results from the treatment. I can't comment fully on the results of the treatment as yet as it takes a few weeks but I had a wonderful experience at the clinic thanks to Kristina.

I was going to have the upper and lower eye plasma lift at the Manchester Trafford clinic having paid in advance. The person who was going to carry out the treatment seemed very unsure of how to do anything. I asked if they had qualifications the answer was i am trained. Again i asked if they had at least city and guilds she just smiled. I got off the bed and walked out. I phoned customer services and they said i might get a refund. I contacted my bank to do a chargeback. Avoid this company. They dont care about health and safety. And the equipment looks very dated and probably not serviced. Clinics like these should have first aid training including cpr should anything go wrong. The therapist didnt even know how to carry out the treatment. No qualifications and poor english. Please spend more and go to a clinic that has staff with proper qualifications and first aid save your health. I contacted trading standards too.

Had Cherie admister my HIFU treatment a couple of days ago. I currently cannot speak for the effect of the treatment as it takes a few weeks to work but I can honestly say she was a wonderful practitioner. Made me feel at ease straight away with her chat and explained the treatment in an informative and professional manner. I wouldn't think twice about going back to her as she was great! It was also her birthday so I hope she had a fabulous one! Lorna x

Cherie at Vivo Clinic made my experience very easy and she was one of the nicest people I have met. We chatted through all of my treatment and I didn’t feel a thing, she made the experience overall very comfortable. Highly recommend :)

On the 21st September whilst in the Glasgow clinic i booked & paid for a further treatment at a cost of £242. Treatment booked for the following week. I received a phone call a few days before the treatment saying the machine was broken and my appointment would be rescheduled when this was repaired which would be within the week. However, i had not heard back and was due to go to travelling on return we were moving out the area. I contacted vivo & explained this and enquired about a refund. I was informed that in the terms and conditions treatments once paid were un refundable. It was suggested I write an email to the team and they would pass it on to the manager explaining my circumstances how i was unable to use this treatment and this was through no fault of my own . I sent this email and after a week of no reply. I called tge clinic reception and was told they had not received the email whilst on this call I recent the email & it was acknowledged as received. Again i was told this would be forwarded to the manager straight away. A week passed and no reply last week i again called the receptionist and this time I was told they had the email but the manager was in a meeting and it would be forwarded to him that day. This was last week and again no reply. The original treatment was booked for 26th September. Which was 70 days ago this was cancelled due to mechanical error and was a treatment I wanted pre holiday in October. I will continue trying to resolve this but would be very reluctant to book further treatments

Had a great experience with Cherie . She totaly put me at ease and made me very comfortable with my treatment. I would highly recommend the Vivo clinic . Al be back for more treatments.

Perfect service every time by such a friendly & professional team. My favourite is Roseanne. I regularly visit here and am always very happy with results. Wide range of fantastic treatments available and my favourite is HIFU and so everything can always be done under one roof; providing convenience as well as quality. Would strongly recommend it!!!

My in clinic experience was good but my results have still not visible, it’s been a month I had the procedure but there is no effect whatsoever, it feels like I wasted my money and I was just used as a tool and I need a refund

Always enjoy my sessions with Natasha. I have had a few treatment with her and I am pleased with the results.

Gina was very professional in explaining the procedures and after care. She is friendly and compassionate. After first treatment I can see changes.

I had Radio Frequency Fat-melting with Natasha. She explained the full process to me putting me at ease as this was something very new to me and i had lots of questions on how it all worked. During the process she talked to me and made the entire experience hassle free. I would highly recommended and since then i have booked more treatments with Vivo.

The order was not taken correctly. Only one instead of two acknowledged. I then tried to rearrange and have had no communication. I eventually found a use for the one test booked. When I arrived there the clinic was shut. I eventually gained communication by phone during which time they offered to "come back' to the clinic so they were not there at the alloted time. Will not use again.

I had laser hair removal today with Natasha. She was very professional and friendly. Treatment was relaxing and professional. Natasha gave me advice about the treatment and aftercare. I would highly recommend Natasha for treatments at VIVO.
