I have HIFU treatment a year ago and after first treatment I booked a second one. Unfortunately for me, travel to Birmingham it’s a bit of a hassle as I don’t have a driving license yet, and I have to cancel my appointment. I cancel it within 3 days to my appointment but unfortunately I have never get my money back, no refund has been made!!

I had fat freezing with Kristina. She was brilliant, friendly and informative.

Had an appointment with Cherie this morning. She is so friendly and explains treatments thoroughly.

Purchased on wowcher hifu treatment at Birmingham ioa Contacted them to inform them that I have had zero results from the treatment . They just replied to tell me to send message when I'd contacted via WhatsApp. Had no contact since. Treatment was a wowcher , I'm unhappy with the non results even at that price , so wouldn't reccomnend treatments at all especially full overpriced . Unsure date correct as I can't find any confirmation from them

I had HIFU for the first time and was quite apprehensive about the procedure. Charlotte was really knowledgeable, reassuring and patient. She ensured the device was set to a level I was able to tolerate and explained each step as she went along. Full advice given about aftercare also. Thanks Charlotte!

First time visiting the clinic yesterday. Felt so comfortable and welcome. Explained in detail about my treatment and took the time to interact. Very professional and friendly. The HIFU treatment was very comfortable and I felt relaxed. Have more appointments booked so looking forward to my next visit. Thank you again you are absolutely fantastic 😀

Although I write this review as a one star. The staff at the Nottingham clinic are absolutely lovely and I have no complaints from them. I’ve had the 360 fat-freezing on my stomach and back, sadly I’ve seen zero changes or improvements. It’s been a total waste of money. Furthermore I had my last appointment booked for Wednesday 10th but came down with Covid on the 9th and been told I need to pay £30 to rebook, event though the website says £50, so they seem to be making the figures up as they go along. Given the fatfreezing process has been for me waste of money I don’t want to spend any more money by giving at the staff at the clinic covid. I also couldn’t contact the staff direct at the clinic to apologise for not turning up and sadly wasting there time

In May last year whilst visiting the salon I paid £198.00 for two future treatments. On advice one of these should not have been sold to me. On trying to get a refund I have been informed that the nearest branch to me (where I used to visit) actually closed in October 2023 and I was never informed! I have called Vivo once and was informed to email…. Which I have done twice now with no response. Update of the 1st May… even more disappointed that Anthony request I contact him in the hope that he may be able to assist. I have emailed him twice now with no response! Absolutely appalling customer service.

Just had bbl treatment with Tash. A lovely lady who has a great personality and really cares about making the experience the best it can be. The treatment itself is very intensive and you can feel it working straightaway. Totally recommend if you want to see real results.

Sandra and Chanel attended to me today at my appointment. They were both very attentive, and friendly. I will be back again as I highly recommend the services here.
