I wouldn't have put myself in a catagory of people that was interested in this, so I felt very uncomfortable about coming initially. But Charlotte put me at ease. She is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with whilst you're in treatment. I quite enjoy our chats during our sessions now. The results are gradual for the fat freeze and cavitation. I have noticed some difference, but people around me seem to be noticing more. It's a nice clean profesional environment. I did have some issues when they changed the booking system and I repeatedly had to prove I'd paid in full, very embarrassing, especially for a person that feels like I'm not "the regular clientele", eventually it seems to have been sorted, but that was my only negative point.

My clinician Kristina was on this second occasion just as charming and informative as the first. Kristina really knows her stuff and chats with me all through the procedure.

The WORST clinic ever! Scammers! Im still waiting for a refund for a payment where THEY overcharged me weeks ago, and they keep saying only the director (Dublin office, named Aron apparently as told by call centre agent) can authorize the refund!! The entire business has to stop without 1 man?? I am a very frustrated customer and these people should be reported to the authorities! Terrible excuses each time I contact them. Sorry excuse of a business!!

I cannot believe my results! I had Cryo done on my stomach and have lost an inch already after just one session. The therapist Gina was super helpful and fun, she gave me loads of tips which I’m definetly going to follow, Thankyou Gina for everything! I can’t recommend vivo clinic london enough

Well I was a bit nervous as it was my first time having any kind of procedure but I felt totally at ease thanks to Charlotte and Natasha. Both had a wealth of knowledge and were able to answer all my questions. I had excellent care and treatment with Sandra too. Lovely staff and you will have comfort of knowing you are in safe hands. Not a great experience for my first time with VIVO clinic. Appointment was late as they had double booked myself and another client, finally got in ready for my treatment and a clip on the machine was off meaning I couldn't have the treatment, she did apologise and say she hadn't checked the machines that morning. Left and asked for a refund and have now phoned 3 separate times, was told on the 3rd time the refund form hadn't been completed the first two times I rang. Would not recommend and will not be booking in for any further treatments.
