I booked a test with them before the regulation changed and forced me to buy a different swab to travel. They gave me a credit note for the first purchase but pushed me to write a 5-stars review on Trustpilot with the name of the operator in it. Later I decided to use this credit to buy another product from them but in their purchase system there was no way to redeem my credit. I contacted them about this and they suggested that I buy the product anyway with my money and that I would have received a refund from them. So I did. I contacted them with the order number and they disappeared. The refund came after weeks of emails and phone calls from me; they constantly repeated to me that, 'the manager is not here, I'll open a file about it'. In the last one, I threatened legal actions and the refund magically arrived. In every call or email, the staff never presented itself with a surname but only names, which I found deeply unprofessional. This company was suggested by the Government on their website and I still have a credit note with them but I decided to drop it to spare me headaches. Their attitude from start to end is something that I honestly never experienced before.

The worst service I have EVER experienced. I would NOT recommend VIVO clinic. I booked a PCR test (results within 4 hours) the evening before my flight. The day of my scheduled test they called me to say it had been cancelled and that I could travel to central London for the test?! (an added 2 hour journey there and back). I had booked this test months in advance and at Heathrow airport to avoid stress. Not only was my test cancelled but I had to wait over a week for a refund for a service I had not received (required two phone calls to sort out). The test was cancelled because "the lady was ill" - if the service relies on one person this really is not a reliable service. Ironically when you call the number it says "for peace of mind before your holiday" - the complete opposite. Thanks to Express test based at Heathrow airport we were still able to go on our holiday - highly recommend! Very disappointed with VIVO clinic. I will be warning all friends and family not to book tests through this clinic.
