Had a plasma spark treatment done on my top & bottom eye lids. Cherie was very professional throughout explained the procedure and made it for a very relaxing experience. The treatment is pain free and no down time needed. Would highly recommend this treatment

Had my top up of Cryolipolysis with Sandra.I was given the option of using the upgraded version of the machine, the 360° for a little extra cost. Now that she has 2 machines I asked for them to be used at the same time resulting in less time spent in the clinic, more areas done at once. Sandra is super, an exceptionally professional clinician. Great staff and Great treatments

Had the HIFU facial in the Glasgow location on Queen St with Cherie. The procedure was explained in depth but clearly to me before the facial and Cherie made sure to calm my worries about the facial and the machine. The HIFU part hurt in some places but Cherie talked to me throughout to get my mind off it and it went by quickly. I was surprised and delighted to get a mini facial massage afterwards where Cherie worked her magic and helped relieve some of the soreness.

From my first consultation visit at Vivo Clinic in Belfast I knew I was in good hands. Rosanne is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and informative about all the treatment options available and talked me through the treatment that would best suit me. Had a procedure last Saturday and was late as I was stuck in a thunderstorm. Gina patiently waited for me. She was very professional and explained everything before and during the procedure. No downtime at all, I was very happy with it and would definitely recommend Vivo and Gina!
