I just spoke to Aamir on the phone, an incredibly lovely and helpful person. Cancelled my appointment instantly and offered a great service.

I called the helpline In a bit of a panic, in the evening as I couldn't find the email with my reference number (my own fault). I was due to fly the next day and wouldn't have had time to obtain a replacement test. Ashley was a real life saver, locating and sending me my details and then checking that I had everything I needed. Great, professional job Ashley. Thanks again!

So this would not have been a 5 star review without the help of Jalil. I have been trying to get someone to contact me for weeks regarding resending PCR results. but am still waiting a response from my requests online. I also called the general customer service number and was on hold for over an hour, so had to hang up. Today I tried a new number I found direct for Belfast (i think) my call was answered almost immediately by Jalil, he was professional and knew what he was talking about. so after a few minutes of explaining Jalil was able to assist me. He said that he would email me what I wanted and to my surprise he done this all in about 5 mins and even gave me a follow up call to see if i received it. Excellent customer service and one very happy lady. Thank you Jalil you really are an asset to VIVO Clinic...

I needed help finalizing payment on 2 same day return tests. Jalil was brilliant, took care of everything. We are all set. Wait time was reasonable around 8 minutes.

Beware if you book a PCR Test with VIVO you CANNOT CANCEL IT. They will only give you a credit note. They do not tell you this when you book. Every reputable retailer highlights to the customer at the point of sale when goods and services are not refundable. I was not encouraged to read the terms and conditions and if there was boxes to tick (I cannot recall) then everyone just ticks these due to the jargon and length of these.

Sarah was very helpful today when I came in a hurry to upgrade my lateral test to PCR due to recent travel rules changes at the country of my destination. Hopefully will get my PCR result tomorrow on time. Great service!

I had previously ordered a couple fit-to-fly lateral flows but had been sent over one too many, so I just wanted to check that this would still be accepted prior to travel and I got a very quick response from Jalil outlining that there would be no issues with this

First Sarah in Hull, then Jalil gave me service that was above and beyond! Im an older person, unsure of what was required. Sarah talked me though everything, listening and understanding my plans completely. Jamil sorted my payment with ease. He was able to reassure too. Both fantastic staff to have! Made my problems disappear.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The tests were performed easily and quickly and same day results received as promised. A slight issue in that the results certificates state date and time of test, rather than date and time of sample, which some countries require. However this was rectified easily and quickly upon calling Vivo and Jalil was extremely professional and went the extra mile to help me during the course of two telephone calls.

Totally disgusted as I done a test at home which was negative test with Vivo came back ‘unclear’ next day test at home negative and airport test (£45) negative!! Waste of £139
